7+ year partner here, Stopped here on a road trip and was extremely disappointed. Ordered 4 different drinks only 1 was correct. Two brown sugar shaken espressos made completely different one with only burnt espresso and ice and the other practically white in color with too much oatmilk. As a partner it is disappointing to not be met with consistency, seriously ruins your mood and a waste of money. Do better.

This is the BEST Starbucks I have been too and I order coffee ALOT. The staff is amazing, the drinks are amazing. Like when I say amazing I don’t want to order from any other Starbucks! I don’t know if they are just really good at making coffee or if it’s the time and care they put into it but I have yet to find a Starbucks that makes better drinks than the one in Kroger! The ladies that work there are flat out amazing! SO anyway if your trying to choose which Starbucks to go to, make the drive to the one in Taylorville they are far better than any other location I have ever been to !

All and all, Starbucks is always good. I’ve never had an issue with my Starbucks drinks or food. The staff does change alot though, don’t see the same person barley ever. I’m a fairly simple person and unless something is completely off about my order then I’m not going to complain. I’m easy and simple☺️ keep up the good work everyone, I know times get rough but keep your head up!

I went in to order a grande Carmel iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar. Liz was taking my order and asked me 5 times what kind of sugar. When I kept repeating liquid sugar, she rolled her eyes. She put it in as a trenta and it was black coffee with no cream. She charged us for heavy cream and we received none. Liz was very unprofessional and rude.

We went in to get 3 small coffees and it wasn’t busy. The person working was Maddy. She spent some of the time whining to a customer behind us about not having everything done so she could close in an hour instead of making our coffee. A manager had to come over 2 times and tell her to take care of customers instead of complaining. So 45 minutes later we finally got our coffee and none of them actually had COFFEE in them like they should have and 1 of them was also missing the peppermint flavoring as well. She was also extremely rude while taking our order. If we hadn’t have already paid we would have walked out. Needless to say we won’t be going back there since there are 3 other coffee shops in town to choose from. Maybe the store will hire someone who actually wants to do the job. It’s not that hard to put coffee in a coffee drink.

I stopped purposely for a Black+White hot chocolate-(milk chocolate hot chocolate) today! A birthday treat to me. Worst one I have ever tasted!! Tastes like burnt chocolate coffee! I have ordered the same previously from here and was PERFECT—not sure what happened this time. Also no whip cream!! I am definitely going to taste it next time before I leave Kroger. Lesson learned!! Giving 2 ⭐️ because I received fast friendly service.

Frappuccinos from Starbucks should have dome lids. This is the only Starbucks that puts a tiny amount of toppings on your frap and then they top it off with a flat lid that everything just sticks to. I am paying over $5 for one coffee and I expect it to be made just like every other Starbucks makes them. Beware coffee drinkers!!! This place does not make your coffee like other Starbucks. Don’t know why they changed – didn’t used to be like this and we would go at least twice a week. Now I avoid this Starbucks unfortunately because they don’t do things like they should. I now drive over an hour to Edwardsville or Springfield for my coffee GLADLY because they make it right.
