Stopped in Starbucks today for the first time with a group of friends. Usually I hit up the drive-thru but today we went in! It was actually a lot more spacious than I thought it was and I really liked the decorating! The cashier was super helpful as I was looking for a specific sugar free drink. It wasn’t crowded at all and there was plenty of room for customers to move around. The customer service was great and I will be returning!

My name is Kate curley. My daughter and I visited the east Peoria il location on 09-28-2025 at around 1040! We went in and a woman named Sami was the cashier she came up and said hello how can I help you? I said I have a question? I said my daughter wants a pumpkin spice latte and she hasn’t had one before and I said if she doesn’t like it can she get a different one? She looked at me and laughed at me and said no! She said I can give her a little of the pumpkin syrup that goes in it? She said it does have a stronger taste because it’s by itself! My daughter shook her head yes. She walked away to go get it and I looked at my daughter and said I don’t know what was so funny about the question I asked? She said I don’t either! She came back I gave the cup to my daughter and she didn’t care for it. So I asked if she wanted what I normally order without coffee she said ya! So I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch without coffee a small. She rang it up and I did my points and she said we’ll have that ready at the other end I said ok thank you! I have been to this star bucks numerous times without an issue! I thought it was rude and uncalled for her to laugh at me for asking a question!

Worst Starbucks location I’ve ever ordered from. Received a watered down triple espresso with the cup 1/4 empty… I order this drink weekly and never have I been given an almost half empty $7 drink. When I inquired about it, the store didn’t even offer to remake it or anything. I’m very disappointed.

Nice, new location. Parking lot is a bit cramped, but indoor space is nice! Google supplied WiFi is solid, although when they first opened it was a little slow, my speed test on 5/11/2019 shows it’s been significantly upgraded (35down/8up vs before it was only 1up). Employees here are very friendly.

Placed an online order set to be ready at 12:45. Arrive several minutes early, that’s on us. My wife is in the store, now 16 minutes past when our drinks should have been ready and I’ve watched 20 cars come and go through driver through. Absolutely terrible service.
