This is a fairly new Starbucks location and was clean and right off the road. There is decent parking and plenty of parking in the shopping area behind. The service was friendly and the coffee was made perfectly and was nice and hot. There are clean restrooms and plenty of outside seating with umbrellas. It is easy access. We will be back the next time we are in town.

I have been going to the Henderson Starbucks since they have been open. Lately I have been ordering coffee and asking for xtra hot, that is in person and on the app. It is NOT even close to hot. If you can’t offer the extra hot as an option please remove or tell your customers that is not an option anymore. Disappointed

Terrible service, possibly the worst Starbucks I have been to. I ordered a brewed decaf from the Clover machine. I waited 10 minutes, no coffee. I asked the barista, she said it’s coming right up from the front counter team. I asked the girl at the register she said the barista was preparing an Americano. I did not order an Americano. “But we don’t have decaf for the Clover. “ Which no one told me. I got my money back and left.

Why would you remove one of the best items on your menu which was the Java Chip…… On top of that out of banana nut bread and other choices early in the day. Starbucks is an expensive establishment to begin with and on top of it poor product availability does not bode well.

Huge shout out to the staff! The girl who served us was fantastic and very sweet, I think her name was Lola? We got a cranberry refresher and a grande carmel ribbon crunch for $14. Perfect treat to wrap gifts with! We will be back for sure!
