Cold brew is basically white. This occasion I handed the drink back to the cashier and asked for it to be remade. Then not even 30 seconds later she hands me this and ask is it ok, I simply replied no and drove off. I really think there should be some training done on how to make trains because it shouldn’t be this difficult every time I come.

If you wanna get a half empty iced coffee instead of whatever you actually ordered then buy here. I was only given 3 straws when I ordered 4 drinks so it makes it clear they were aware they gave me literal garbage instead of my drink

Drive through. Ordered 1 coffee, 1 drink for daughter, and egg bite. When I got to the window, I was told they were out of strawberries and the brie egg bite, even though it showed in inventory. Reordered and waited holding up the drive through traffic. That specific location is not well organized as we go there every Thursdays during volleyball season

I have been coming to this Starbucks for AGES and have never had problems until recently. I got the RUDEST barista in their drive thru, I think her name is Alexis? I just cannot believe how rudely I was treated and talked to!! I’m a paying customer who didn’t do anything to you! Don’t be mad at me and treat me rudely because YOU’RE at your job!!

I redeemed my birthday reward on Dec 12, ordered gingerbread chai latte , grande size. She gave me the tall size / small one. I felt being cheated on. It said on the app that I could get the bigger size for the birthday reward. It’s very bad service over small amounts of drink .

This location is BEYOND slow. I waited in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me for 30 min for my MOBILE ORDER I placed 15 minutes in advanced. When I arrived they hadn’t even started my drink. Ridiculous in my opinion

I have been to this location several times now and have been ignored by the employees every time. I stood waiting for my order for 15 minutes after asking an employee about my order. She made eye contact with me and then proceeded to ignore me until I talked to another employee. Worst service of any Starbucks I have been too.
