I’m at this Starbucks on a weekly basis. My daughters and I come here at least once a week. The barista’s are all great and so friendly. This is my favorite Starbucks store of all I’ve been at.

Got a drink, cake pop and 3 gift cards. Got 3 different amounts on 3 different gift cards for Christmas presents and the girl didn’t write the amounts on them. I got home and noticed so I called the number and can’t check without scratching the pin, which I am not doing since this is a gift. I called the freeport location where I bought these and the lady seemed annoyed with me that I needed to know the balance on them. She told me I needed to come into the store to get balance and was kind of rude about it.

I love Starbucks but unfortunately this one doesn’t really make the beautiful coffee like other locations. The appearance and actually the way they make it does affect the taste. Drizzling the Carmel around the cup adding whipped cream and adding more Drizzling to that give it more flavor. Not sure if they are trained the same or just don’t want to do it. They used to the end of last year. When did it change?
