This morning they were slammed! The customer Was STILL amazing! The employees didn’t seem overwhelmed, they were professional, courteous, and serve, served everyone with the smiling face. The staff handled the morning rush during the mini snowstorm. Excellent! Tee and Grace were my baristas. Keep up the great work team!

Rude as can be. Asked to remake the drink because it was not lemonade it was clearly watered down and they remade it the same. We asked for a refund and the I’m guessing manager was told what happened and she said whatever and slammed the cup in the sink so hard the whole room looked over and it splattered and she refunded with the nastiest attitude. Horrible experience. 0⭐

Not a good first impression ! I watched someone get a courtesy cup of water, when I went to ask she looked at me like I was crazy and said I have to make a purchase to get a cup of water. Wouldn’t recommend at all unless the prejudice employee leaves!!

Customer service is always fast and friendly.
My new favorite drink is the Iced Cherry Chai latte.
The only gripe I have is the music volume. I feel it could be turned down a bit. Maybe it’s just my personal preference.

Worst Starbucks by far. Ordered on the app. They took 15 minutes to get my order and gave me the wrong beverage. The staff was short and rude. The area to the bathroom was filled with stacked empty boxes, the place looked dirty. The line at the drive through was taking for ever too
