Okay I’m not going to be mean about the ppl at the window because they’re very nice. But when I order a venti coffee I expect it to be filled not an inch empty. I come here alot and either they forget the foam. As soon as the person gave it to me it felt empty. It’s really frustrating to pay 9 dollars for a coffee and more than an inch to get coffee. May as well have ordered a grande. I’m annoyed

The service was sooo goodrrrrrrrr. I went with my gf to get pumpkin cold brews and they were the bomb dot com. I had an excellent experience at this Starbucks thanks to Cynthia. She was friendly, attentive, and made my drink perfectly. Cynthia greeted customers with a genuine smile and kept the line moving efficiently while still making everyone feel welcomed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and creates a positive atmosphere. Baristas like Cynthia make the visit worth coming back for. Highly recommend her service!

The drinks here are The Best honestly, never had a bad drink! unlike N Elston location watered down and sad -100, Ogden Ave and Harlem is a hit and miss but Cicero has the best employees! xoxoOxXX!

I went to this location at 8 am on a Saturday after the Fourth of July. No line. However I guess a slow morning doesn’t equate to better service, my coffee was disgusting and my ciabatta was burnt and my egg was cold.. crying internally. I pretty much was crunching on s breakfast sandwich. Had to throw out the coffee and the sandwich a complete waste.

Just went there a few minutes ago at 10pm on 12/20, I ordered 2 venti pink drinks that tasted like pure strawberry açaí base and barely had any coconut milk, even the color was off. I ended up throwing my drinks out and will not return to this location.

I am never one to really put reviews but this morning I went to order my matcha drink and nothing was wrong with my order until I now. I am almost halfway done with my drink until I sip on my something that felt like paper or I don’t know and no it is not the tissue paper because you see in the picture the thing that I sipped is darker green. I have never seen a matcha drink like this. My drink has not left my sight at all today. So can someone just explain to me what this is. It looks like napkin or something but what is part of orange color and the rest dark green?

Every time my daughter and I want a good coffee, we know to come to this location. They always make a delicious coffee. Perfect in sugar and taste. We have gone to other Starbucks around the area, Berwyn, Burbank, Chicago and more and nothing like they make the coffee here. They do an amazing job! Thank you for caring and doing a great job!
