This location is the slowest location in the South Suburbs! When I asked about my online order the young lady had an attitude! The next young lady I asked about it didn’t see my order. I had to show her in my phone that I had actually ordered quite some time ago. I must say she was polite! I’m a regular customer just about daily, and sometimes twice daily at Starbucks! I have been to all location in the South East area of the suburbs, and this one almost never has my online order ready upon my arrival! I must admit there are times where I order last minute, but most times I order well in advance especially for this location because of how slow the service is! Please please do better Vollmer Rd location! By the time you receive your order you could have been to either the Matteson, Homewood, Chicago Heights, or even the Franciscan OF hospital location, and back. Please do better! Appreciate your customers!

This was my first time going to this Starbucks and I have nothing but good things about this Starbucks! The staff were very friendly and attentive to their customers. I also noticed how the place was clean and inviting to the public. My favorite drink is the strawberry açaí lemonade and oh my gosh honestly the best drink I’ve ever had from a Starbucks location! It was very sweet and fruity which made me very happy and wanting more. Whoever made it should get a raise because they made it with passion and love. Overall 10/10 experience/drink highly recommend!

This is a fairly busy, yet reliable and quick Starbucks location. The staff is always friendly, polite, and upbeat. The environment is fairly quiet and the facility is always clean. The manager at this location is also kind and personable. I would highly recommend this location to those on the border of Flossmoor, Olympia Fields, and Country Club Hills.

went to pick up my mobile order and at the window there’s clearly an active bee hive. had to roll my window back up because there were 5/6 bees swarming around trying to flying in my car. when joana comes to bring my drink i told her to be careful and they might want to get ahold of someone bc there’s bees everywhere. she walked away from me in the middle of talking saying “yeah the bees come here to starbucks.” girl what? what customer wants to go through a drive through with bees swarming in their window when they’re trying to get their order? guess your bee hive can keep you guys in business then bc that’s crazy lmao.

The staff are polite. What annoys me is that the music is so loud. I can’t focus on what I’m working on. Even with headphones you can still hear the music playing in the store. It’s not the best place to go if you want to focus on your work. Also, the internet is not fast which is frustrating.
