So awesome team member Shawn totally went above and beyond this morning for me. Please let me give you the setting bc it makes or breaks this A.M. Today the local H.S. has a late start and the drive through is about 25+ card deep and inside is 10xS worse. I did a mobile order went inside grabbed my coffee and left completely forgetting I ordered food also. Went back a long while later and asked if it could just be rewarded up for me and Shawn took it upon himself to make me a brand new one! It is people like him that absolutely make mornings better for non morning people like myself! Thank you so much Shawn and to all the wonderful staff at this Starbucks! You have all been great when dealing with a wack job like me!!!!!

Nice – newer bucks – haven’t been in this neighborhood for a while, nice to see a large clean well designed free standing bucks with plenty of seating area. Not too far from O’Hare, great meeting location. They got my drink down right, was just perfect, so was happy with that, customer service I would say B, guy who handed me the coffee was a bit rough.

Overpriced and they mess up my order most of the time. Also don’t get why they charge extra for plant based milk when the UK does not, charging extra for even a splash of non-dairy milk. And they pretend to be environmentally friendly but cows milk is not. Also animal abuse is not cool. Let the babies keep their mom’s milk.

They take your order, and after the super slow line , 15 min. waiting… you come on window to pay and take , they say “sorry we don’t have that , do you want something else”. 0 star is too much for this location, and I believe it is time for people to start looking local coffee shops with good service where you are respected costumer not just order # … manager answer on this comment is not important , they will say sorry to hear that bla bla bla… Almont like IA already writing instead of them…

Stopped by for a cup of coffee, nothing fancy. Most places burn the Pike a bit, but it was perfect here. Good ambiance and a lot of seating space.

I love this Starbucks! Everyone here is SO friendly!! They make your drinks exactly how you want and they are delicious every time! They even gave my dog a personalized pup cup love coming here it’s the best Starbucks around!

I was going to pay cash $50, they told me they didn’t have change. Very disappointing since that was my only bill. She insisted that she didn’t have change. If you guys don’t take big bills since you never have change put a paper stating that on your window from drive through.
