Just left and I never leave reviews I’m a non confrontational person At first would have left one star but the gentleman who worked super quick and apologized And gave me a gift card small gesture but went a very long way. I think the guy at drive thru may be new which is fine I give grace. I waited at the window while I see about 5 drinks made in the time I waited. The line backed up. I grab my drink and immediately no. It was chalky not mixed just gross and chunky. I pulled around walked in said look at this I waited for ever in the line and it’s not even mixed properly. He knew it and apologized made it right away and gave me a gift card for my next visit. Thank you for making a wrong, right. I didnt catch his name but he has blonde highlights. Super sweet. If he’s not a manager, he should be!

I just went thru the drive thru and got two teas and as we all know the teas are typically steaming hot so I waited about 10-15 to start drinking my tea and sure enough. It wasn’t tea it was some nasty coffee that tasted like mud. Couldn’t go back bc it was closed. Super peeved.

I went with a summer berry with lemonade a refreshing summer drink actually enjoyed a bit pricey though at just over $7, I was sat outside you are looking at a busy intersection but otherwise yes makes a change.
Inside seating and you have the terrace which was nice.

If you happen to end up at this Starbucks, you are in luck usually you’ll find Jeremy taking orders and multitasking and making drinks and stuff like that , everybody in this Starbucks is very friendly. They create a nice atmosphere. They will follow your drink order to the letter And hit the mark every time. With expert precision, this truly must be One of best Starbucks in Chicago land I’ve been coming here probably a year now.

Nice – newer bucks – haven’t been in this neighborhood for a while, nice to see a large clean well designed free standing bucks with plenty of seating area. Not too far from O’Hare, great meeting location. They got my drink down right, was just perfect, so was happy with that, customer service I would say B, guy who handed me the coffee was a bit rough.

This place is not relaxing at all; it’s unsuitable for a coffee shop. The music is too loud, the machines are very noisy, and the echo is so annoying that you can’t have a conversation without hearing others. It’s fine if you want to buy a coffee and then leave, but not if you want to stay and relax.

Best Starbucks in town hands down. I visit her 3 to 4 times a week, and they never disappoint. The staff is very friendly and welcoming every time that either me or my family visits. Store Manager Shayla- your team is doing an amazing job!
