If I could give a ZERO for the service I would have loved to. The girl that helped me is a African American girl. While ordering through the drive through she started laughing like someone was tickling her. While servicing through the drive through could barely speak to me cause to busy laughing hard. She left the windows mid open after charging me and waiting for the drinks and I could hear her laughing on how I said caramel. The audacity a person of color to make fun of someone else’s accent. Because I did order the Caramel ribbon crunch and 2 other items. I barely come to this Starbucks and more reasons not to now.

Absolutely horrible service from a single person that ruins the whole store. I came in at 8:55 tonight; I get it, that’s late, but I work night shifts and don’t have much of a window from my house to my place of employment so it just has to be sometimes. My order isn’t difficult. It’s straight-forward and extremely common in fact. Usually staff is very friendly, but tonight this person named Kate (dyed hair) was inappropriately rude to a paying customer. I’ve had previous issues with them as far as attitude and I’ve seen others have similar complaints towards them but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Tonight was unmistakably worse than others. I went through the drive-through, as I normally do on Wednesday nights, and ordered just to be met with Kate calling the driver of my car a nasty word for coming in later than most others, one starting with a B. Not only is that insane customer service but it’s a horrible look for business. Not to mention my order was made sloppily and the extra additions I paid for were obviously excluded. Will not be coming back until this employee gets reprimanded or replaced.

I went there for my birthday. Free sub. Had all the documentation except one thing, I guess that didn’t allow me to get the free sub. And I tried and tried to get it through my email, did not let me do it, and I walked out there with nothing. The customer service was very nice there. The older guy that helped me with that. Try to get the free sub was not as nice. He should have. Just let me have it. I showed him, it was actually my birthday and I had all the documentation except for 1 thing, which he didn’t allow me to take my sandwich pretty disappointed

I can see why it takes forever to get a drink here, they are definitely lacking a sense of urgency in the mornings. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get 2 drinks especially when you walk inside and there’s only one other customer inside. Productivity is definitely lacking when you’ve got two girls twiddling their thumbs staring off into space and the other 3 just casually slowly moving about like they’re lost too. Time to find a different coffee spot!

Absolutely terrible service, on multiple occasions they have forgotten food off my mobile order on this occasion, I had to go to the cashier to tell them they were missing my burrito and iced drink. Then they told me they ran out of burritos but made me wait in line to tell me that. They didn’t go out of their way to tell me I had to discover I was missing items. It took them an additional 20 minutes to make a single drink they missed on my order, they helped everyone else in the drive thru and lobby before fixing their mistake. It took me asking 3 different employees if they were starting my drink to finally start it. To add insult to injury the food we received tasted like it didn’t have a single cube of salt on it. Terrible food l, terrible service.

They are quick and friendly! The barista who took my order on 11/28 at 7:05 am. was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my order when they were out of my usual. They even said if I didn’t like it, they would remake it.
