Honestly – we just had the best service with Jacob at Starbucks at this location! He was so awesome and kind. It really went a long way. He also made two pup cups for our dogs! He was working the fire through today. A job very well done!!
PS – I’ve never done a review for Starbucks. Jacob’s service was that kind that I knew I had to do one today. You need more Jacob’s in this company!

Absolutely horrific experience. Don’t waste your time coming here!! There were 5 cars in the drive through so I went inside where there were there was no line. I ordered an Americano (water + espresso shots). I waited 10 minutes, watched 10 cars go through the drive through, and watch them pump out drink after drink, but no Americano. I asked if they had one coming up and they said no. I waited another 5 minutes before I finally gave up and asked for a refund. They were able to give me a refund more quickly than they could brew me a couple shots of espresso. I was a barista for 5 years and I’ve never seen such a hot mess. Seven employees behind the counter and they couldn’t do one basic drink in 10+ minutes. Never again will I waste my time

Leah was incredibly rude and displayed terrible customer service to me. I will not be coming back to Starbucks again for many reasons, but she was shockingly rude. I do not recommend ordering from here based on Leah alone.

This Starbucks sucks. I’ve been many times and it seems understaffed EVERY time. They are ALWAYS out of multiple menu items. There is very little comfortable seating. The tables are often dirty. The trashes are overflowing. This store needs to take care of things better. On top of it all, the QCD truck who brings in store shipments, was blocking the way of many cars leaving the establishment. Starbucks shows 0 concern or interest in their customers.

Nice place, good staff, has ample of seating space and parking is also enough outside, make sure to give instructions properly because I said extra hot and got a cold coffee but they exchanged immediately!!!

This is my favorite Starbucks location. The employees are cheerful and greet me in the morning when I pick up my mobile order and frequently write messages on cups – great way to start the day! Dylan was there today and I’ve had delightful interactions with them every time.
