This morning, prior to attending church, my family and I stopped at Starbucks to purchase refreshments. We pulled into the drive-thru and waited at the speaker for approximately five minutes without being acknowledged. After receiving no response, we spoke up to ask whether anyone was available to assist us. At that point, we were informed that the location is closed until after Christmas. Unfortunately, there were no signs posted indicating the closure, and the drive-thru remained open. This lack of communication was disappointing and could have been easily avoided with proper signage.

Morning crew is great, no issues. Afternoon crew it depends on who’s working. Sometimes it’s fine, other times it’s awful. Sitting in line at the drive thru for 10+ minutes when there are only two cars in front of me and 5 people working, they didn’t put caramel in my caramel macchiato and then the teenager working tried to explain to me that the caramel is at the bottom. Yes, I know, and it’s not there. I wasn’t angry, I just wanted a new one, which I got after asking multiple times to exchange. But the wait time in the afternoon is awful, by far the worst part of this location.

Didn’t realize that this was a mobile Starbucks. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. After taking our ordered, it took a bit more time than I had expected, but everything was made right.

As others have mentioned, this store is drive thru only, at least every time I’ve seen it. As someone who usually walks to coffee shops, this location an impossible one to utilize. I’m certainly not going to stand between cars in the drive thru.

Very inconsistent at this location. Got myself a pumpkin spice latte because its back in season. Very dissatisfied with the result. The pumpkin Spice latte that I remember was sweet, cinnamon-y with great coffee flavor. Today it taste like it was filled with cream and had none of the pumpkin spice flavor in it.

You have the lobby closed because you do not have enough employees to run it. The drive-through is the only thing open. My vehicle will not fit through your drive-through so I walk up to the window and I’m told that you can’t take my order because I’m not in a vehicle, but your lobby is closed!!!! For the price of your products you ought to be able to pay people more money so they wanna work for you. Do better or close your doors.

I was pick a iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso. It tasted like water. It doesn’t tasted like coffee. I drank same coffee everytime at deference Starbucks. Not this time. I think they put so much aotmilk. Tasted not good at all.

Food was still ice cold
Also ordered a SHAKEN espresso add cold foam
It looked just like cold foam and espresso at the bottom nothing shaking about it!
When I called and asked for a refund for the cold sandwich didn’t even complain about the drink. I was told that I had to come back, even though I was on my way to an appointment in a different city they couldn’t refund my app. What’s the point of having that option if you can’t even refund on it? I’m not gonna turn around off 35W To come back and get a refund from Starbucks!
