Very unprofessional and rude employees attempted to call to resolve an order issue stopped back out and they just closed. All the employees were just laughing and ignoring. I would ask corporate to investigate on customer relations extremely disappointed March 3 closing crew.

I came into this Starbucks to get a coffee and to study.
1) The refresh of this store is absolutely beautiful!
2) I ordered my drink online, and then just sat down to start work
3) I finished my drink, but was still studying and writing papers, that’s when someone came up to me from behind the counter. (I thought maybe I did something wrong, because why else would someone come up to me?) She asked if I wanted a glass of ice water while I studied, and proceeded to get me a nice tall, glass (like a glass made ouf of glass) with water and nugget ice. It was so kind!
I haven’t experienced this great of service from a starbucks in so long… it was great to be able to just order a drink from the app, but this store went above and beyond in service while I was here. Thanks AV SBUX!

I go to this location and I regret it every time I do. They made my drink absolutely disgusting. My matcha has chunks everywhere in it. I can’t believe they looked at this and thought it was ok to give to a customer. A seven dollar drink… I’m disgusted I go to take a sip and it’s all matcha chunks. Gross.

The person who helped me at the registers was great at figuring out how to transfer my gift card to my Starbucks account. I appreciated the customer service, and the attentiveness shown to both me and my partner. Our order was out pretty fast despite the amount of people there. I really enjoyed my Peppermint Mocha, and my partner enjoyed their Gingerbread Chai. The atmosphere seemed to be bustling, but cozy. The restaurant seemed to be both clean and quiet. I will be back!
