Allona and Mason are a phenomenal duo that make the Starbucks experience wholesome. Typically I don’t leave reviews for larger chains, but these two were friendly, professional, and prompt. Plus the dogs loved them and their pupcups.

Don’t always expect they’ll fill your personal cup when you specifically put you’ll be using a personal cup. Only once have they actually paid attention to that bit of detail.

I was a little disappointed in the oatmeal. I specifically asked for all the toppings! They didn’t put brown sugar, honey or agave in the bag. I don’t need all three but at least one would’ve been nice. Without it the oatmeal is flavorless… all I got was dried fruit and nuts. Like most people, I was in a rush and had no time to go back in. I will say my cappuccino was delicious. Thank you. Also, note for the woman that took my order. Please don’t call everyone “hun” after every sentence. It can be extremely off-putting, especially if the person has ever been in a situation where terms like “honey” or “dear” were used in a demeaning way to make them feel less-than in a past job or relationship. This is why it’s always better to refer to customers in a consistent and respectful manner.

I was there with a group of women and one of our coffees spilled. We asked for wet towels and a mop because it had gotten all over the floor. One barista kept bringing out 1 towel at a time. We asked for a mop multiple times and she never got one. I had to take napkins into the bathroom to wet them because no one seems too concerned about cleaning up the mess

This Starbucks is extremely slow and always has been. It’s not located in an ideal location with all of the safety concerns of the overcrowded parking lot with not enough room to accommodate a drive thru line. Not convenient at all. The closing of nearby Starbucks on Park Plaza has only made this situation far worse.

Starbucks is the definition of corporate greed. My daughter goes all the time and spends a lot of her hard earned money and sadly has been getting ripped off. She gets a trenta pink drink no ice. She has sensitive teeth and can’t do ice. Over the past year Starbucks has started penalizing her for not getting ice in her drink. It was a little bit in the beginning and now her cup is only being filled halfway. I feel like teenagers are where Starbucks makes a lot of their money and to be screwing over their biggest customers by shorting them on the amount of liquid in their drinks is ridiculous. Do better!!! I told my daughter to go to Caribou coffee from now on. They have a drink similar to the pink drink and they don’t short you just because you don’t want ice.

Pure incompetence. Robot like workers. Could not get a simple order of 1 plain hot chocolate correct. Loaded with toxic allergy fake whip cream. Then refused to refund. Told me to go to another city and make a different Starbucks location replace it. Dumped it out. When I called the store, the robot girl lied about it and played dumb to cover up. Just another reminder to never go to a Starbucks. All trash.
