They used to open at 5am since they opened this location. So I pull up at 5am wait 10 mins for someone to answer, no one does so I proceed to the window and there’s 2 ladies working and they both see me and then it takes them another 10 mins to come over and tell me I’ll have to wait another 10 mins because they moved there opening time to 5:30 a month ago. I’m here 7 days a week sometimes twice a day and I don’t know what happen but my oder is wrong more then it’s right. How do you mistake a venti for a grande. They don’t even sound the same. Maybe get the screen to work so I can know it’s wrong before I get to the window. They getting worse. So now we pay for half cup off coffee. Either close or give what we pay for. So upset.

There is always amazing customer service here but today took the cake! Drive thru personnel were funny, asked me if I had any morning complaints while I waited for my coffee. Honestly it felt good to not have the normal ” Hi, good, thank you” pleasantries. I wouldn’t be mad if this was a regular morning practice. Not to mention they always get my order right and it’s delicious.
