I ordered the mango dragon fruit refresher and the strawberry lemonade refresher and they were definitely good and freshly prepared as soon as I arrived. Be sure to use the app to enjoy perks and other special deals from any Starbucks locations. The employees are very nice and helpful too.

I mobile ordered two grande mochas and this is how they came! If you can’t tell from the picture the cups were maybe 2/3rds full. Pretty disappointing to pay for a grande and get maybe a tall’s worth of drink. I could tell they were light from the moment I picked them up.

I will say, I visit this Starbucks a lot and generally don’t have any issues. But today was a total let down.

Store looks great but they pay no attention to the guests in the store while cranking out the drinks for the drive thru. I was a customer the 1st day this store opened and when I lived in the area was there at least once a day. After over a 15 minute wait where I could see my daughter’s drink cup just sitting with nothing done my daughter’s and I left. The workers in the store once I ordered wouldn’t even respond to questions asked about my order.

Oh holy crap, where do I start with this one? Start with the approximately 20 min in drive through line before I got to order. Finally get up to order, girl on speaker started trying to talk to us before the car in front of us had moved. When we finally got up we were greeted and asked what we would like in the saddest most monotone voice I have ever heard. Gave me remenitions of the dry red eyes (clear eyes) commercials. While trying to order I was repeatedly spoken over. I finally got the order out and we sat. For a few minutes longer. At this point enough of my time was wasted and I jumped out of line. Went across the street to the gas station, filled the suv and grabbed a coffee and still saw that the line hadn’t moved. Save your time, go somewhere else.

I used to come to this Starbucks weekly with my daughter, but because they could not secure the lid to the cups, we started going to Dunkin’.
In the area yesterday we went to Starbys and waited 10 mins for a tall latte and a grande pink drink.
Multiple people looked at the cup in the window and did other things, except hand me my drink. One employee looked at me, looking at my cup, placed a cup next to mine and walked off.
I sat for 5 straight minutes staring at my drink.
Mind you, never once did anyone talk to me. Not a how are you, not a thank you for the order, I was told the total and not spoken to again. No one even spoke to me when I finally got my drink.
I’ll sit for 10 minutes when the wait is valid. I’m not paying to get treated like crap, which seems to be a trend at this store.
This store needs to work on teamwork, accountability, and accuracy because the store sucks and has been in constant decline since Covid.

I have been going to this location for years. The last 2 times I’ve gone over the past week I’ve ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappachino, extra caramel drizzle and extra crunch. Does this look like extra of either of those? Not to mention the terrible customer service you’ll get from a manager while just asking them to look into it.

Pretty simple order.
My wife and daughter texted me their order:
Three iced coffees… Brown sugar oat milk shaken expreso with brown sugar cold foam.
I’m not familiar with the process, but they evidently forgot to add the pump to the coffee?
I had to stop back after the party (niece home from her naval deployment in Greece) to get the order corrected.
I brought the lables from the cups and the text to compare.
The barista remade the order (it definitely looked different than the original order, so something was done differently) after informing me that she’d be requiring the whole cup be brought in should there be a like situation in the future.
I ,personally, am a hot coffee drinker; Carmel macchiato double shot.

I always have a great experience here. The drinks are fresh and correctly prepared. I came in one morning and someone had grabbed my beverage, so a barista quickly prepared a new one. Fantastic customer service!

Not very friendly…no greeting. Got order wrong. I asked for a large Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher and got a small. I approached a clerk about it and was told the size I got was “grande”. A bit confused because it was very small. I’ve never had issues at other Starbucks when ordering a “large.” I guess I need to use Starbucks sizing terms when ordering here.
