I used to have good and consistent experiences and coffee here, but the past few months has not been it. I just got a venti matcha latte with a pump of mocha and it’s literally all ice with hardly any matcha. It’s mostly mocha and almond milk. Last time I came here they did the same thing with the ice. Like what am I paying $7 for, a cup of ice and 4 oz of mocha flavored almond milk? No thanks.

I don’t recommend coming here unless you have at least an hour to wait. I ordered a latte, eggs bites and a danish. The latte was ready in 5-10 minutes. I don’t know how long the food took. After 20 + minutes I gave up and left. I asked the clerk about my food and she said the other guy was trying to catch up on food orders. He was actually taking the orders of people who just walked in while she did nothing. I won’t be back.

I ordered a latte and a sandwich at this location and I got my coffee after 5-10 minutes, but it took nearly 20 to get my food. I do not understand how it could take so long to heat up premade food, I came around 10am, so I wouldn’t imagine they would be super busy

Went through the drive-through they were very efficient. I am very grateful for the drive-through because when you have little children, it’s hard to drag a whole pile of them in the store. This makes it so I can still get my Starbucks fixed and can handle the children without having to chase after three little onesand if it’s raining, you know, I don’t wanna get out of the car so there we go I love the drive-through!

Great customer service! Came home to immediately write a review. The girls working followed my drink order to the T and even made sure my cup wasn’t sticky afterwords! Late Friday night and they’re still giving their best energy and service! Super grateful to you!!!

The new protein latte is fantastic. The reason for rating so poorly is because I requested double protein foam and they said they can’t do it but I went to another location and they could do it! Very disappointed on satisfactory. I won’t be back to this location again and if I could rate it lower than one star I would.

My favorite starbucks is on 1st ave and 14th st. Out of all, this one makes my drinks perfect and full of flavor, there’s been a mistake or two, but always very friendly and ready to fix it. Usually very quick, less than 1 minute wait at drive through. Will go back every day.

Waited in the drive thru line for 10mins ( I was the only car) girl came to the window handed me my drink. I tried to hand her my payment and she didnt say anything. Got on her headset and said so you didn’t ring her up yup? Looked at me and said the total. Never said anything else. Worst drink I’ve ever had. Taste like complete water. Service was terrible.

I completely understand short staffing. I work in retail, I get it. But when you plan on CLOSING all day, multiple days in a row… I REALLLLLY think a sign would be beneficial to inform customers. I just watched 3 cars go around the drive through, and then I figured that the store is closed. Drove around just to confirm myself, and look for a sign that confirms that for me, and no sign. Not even on the drive through window. In fact, the door says that the drive through is OPEN, which is false. I love this starbucks, and go here often, they have amazing staff, when they’re there. It’s disappointing for the regulars who apparently don’t even deserve to know what’s going on. Fix this please, so you can at least let customers know and save their time from sitting at the drive through microphone.

We ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items online and picked up through the drive through. When we pulled up to the window we were handed our drinks, told to have a good day, then the window shut. We sat at the window for 5 minutes making eye contact with 2 people multiple times before the employee that gave us our drinks opens the window to ask rudely what were waiting for lmao um our order? maybe next time more attention to detail and less attitude
