I honestly always wonder if this location is even open when I pull up because it is so dark inside, but the service definitely makes up for the moody lighting. The workers here are so nice and they are always super helpful if you have a question about the menu. My drink was made well and tasted exactly how it should. I did have a bitter coffee once and they remade it right off to fix it.
The only real downside this visit was the bathroom situation. It was not even 7 pm yet and there was toilet paper and trash all over the floor. It really would have been nice for someone to tidy that up during the evening instead of just waiting until closing time. It is a solid spot for a drink but they definitely need to stay on top of the cleaning a bit better!

I just met Raven in the drive thru and I’m beyond impressed with the service she provided me this morning! I have been up since 3 am and I decided to go out of town for my coffee. I was nervous about coming back because I dealt with a different person that wasn’t the greatest, but she made me forget all about it. She fully understood my need for assistance. As someone that has gone to Starbucks just about everyday for the last 12-13 years, just the brief conversation she had with me is one I will not forget. Thank you to Raven for your knowledge, your patience, your kindness, and your assistance. It did not go unnoticed.

I’m a strong supporter of our local independent coffee shops. But if you’re looking for a Starbucks store, this is a good one. Pro Tip: Get their app. Earn gold card status. Try everything they have to find your favorites. I like seeking out the lower carb options. The free range egg wrap with spinach is good. Consider buying the sandwiches and eating them open face for about half the carbs. Or just don’t eat the bread at all. It’s still delicious and filling. The Matcha Green Tea Latte is good.

Last couple times I have gone the drinks have been awful, and they are only filling them 3/4 way full. The drink is so bitter and awful I can’t even drink it!! Do better Starbucks!! Use to be my favorite place, sadly that is changing

Got a hot chocolate but it was more like a warm chocolate. But, should I complain or be grateful for getting service?. If you’re going for a late soccer game, this is your stop for something warm. Drive Tru is extremely slow but I went at 7pm so I guess staff were tired. Starbucks provides a beautiful cup, almost perfect product and great staff service or not?

Went through the drive thru, she over changed me for my refresher, paid and tipped, then handed me the wrong drink and didn’t correct it. Went during a non-busy and told me after I asked for the right drink that she didn’t have the dragon fruit power or chunks, she didn’t add the mango, so it was just the lemonade. It would have been nice if she offered something else instead of asking for money and tip first when she knew she didn’t have the right drink.

Every time I go to this Starbucks (which is WAY TOO OFTEN), they’re friendly, professional, and kind. They always say hello and ask about my day. If I haven’t been in for a bit, they ask where I’ve been and how I’m doing. I work with college athletes, and they ask about our teams’ performances and how different meets or games have gone. They’re above and beyond, and it makes my day every time I swing by to pick up an order!
