Asked for 2 pistachio crème frappes with no coffee, first she puts on the screen for 2 pistachio crème cold brews then we corrected her still got coffee in the frappes. Also asked for a larger ICED white mocha with no whip and got a hot one. Corrected her again then got an Iced white mocha with whip. Should’ve went to Jo to go! 20$ not well spent thanks Starbucks

We went through the drive thru and the lady taking our orders name was Cecelia. She was SO nice and sweet the entire time. She even made sure how to spell my name correctly! Our coffee was really really good, and usually we’re a little disappointed or just content with it. This was by far the best Starbucks experience we have ever had. Even just through the drive thru. Give that girl a raise!

Starbucks is a very great place to go to. At the escanaba Starbucks location,they’re parking lot is not the biggest but the mall parking lot can make up for it but the staff there are awesome .

This crew is always so nice, with big smiles and a great atmosphere. I had a bit of an issue with a drink I ordered but I couldn’t get there today to replace it, and the barista who helped me (Nate) instantly fixed the issue with a genuine apology and a simple solution. I absolutely love this Starbucks and go there everytime I’m in town.
