I went through the drive through today at 8:20-8:25 and the girl working the delivery window was incredible. Just thought she deserved a call out because she was the perfect level of warmth people need in the mornings. She was communicative and so nice. I didn’t catch her name but she deserve the shout out!

5.50 + 1.00 tip for mediocre 6oz frappe and 2 oz of whipping cream
I was not impressed.
I went through the drive through and ordered a small Caramel Frappé. It was pushing 6 dollars but I knew that Starbucks is known for it’s quality so I ordered it anyway. I got it and It came in a tiny 8 oz cup with a 1/4 of it being taken up by whipping cream.
Then when I got to the window they held out a card reader with a tipping screen. I ended up spending another $1.00 due to the screens display making the no tip option harder to find and more time consuming (something that is extremely frustrating when your just trying to get back to work during your lunch hour).
I took a drink of my frappe and it tasted like milk with a dash of coffee.
I will not be going back.

I’d give this location 5 stars if it weren’t for the loud rap music playing inside. I came to work and take some calls, neither of which I could do inside.. apart from that, the coffee and sandwich were both made perfectly. Would just recommend a more neutral playlist given how many people would use the space to work or study.

I love Starbucks and I love to go there but the last two times I have gone to this certain location its been rough. The first time I got a strawberry refresher and they didn’t put strawberries in, not a huge deal but made me sad. Then this last time was a worse, they put strawberries in it but a lot of them are really brown and look like they are rotting. I’m worried now I’m going to get a stomachache. So least to say, I’m not coming back for a while..

Confirmed with manager and workers yesterday the bearista glass cups were in but can’t sell early so I waited since 3am today to be told shipment never came in by lying workers while all the other items that released today were available.
