Overall a good Starbucks visit. A few barista’s were smiling and cheery and a few of them (including the order taker at the register) were not. No big deal as overall a positive experience.
This location was nicely decorated for the holiday and while it was dated and worn, it was kept clean.
Tip for parking, don’t park in the spots closest to the building as you can see I did in my picture. The drive thru line is really long and you will get blocked in; people need their coffee in the morning!

I live almost 2 hours from this location, I was in town with my mom when we broke down in the middle of the parking lot/intersection of Starbucks. We had to wait over around 4 hours for a tow truck, and they employees were very kind and understanding. They allowed us to stay warm in the building and gave us food on the house. Overall great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere!

One of the most hospitable Starbucks I’ve been to. Lots of varied seating areas. Drive thru. Typically excellent baristas. This visit I was looking for a canned/bottled coffee drink but they are not stocked — found out later that those drinks marketed by Pepsi so I get why Starbucks wouldn’t stock such drinks — they’d prefer we buy freshly made equivalents. I would have preferred this too but I was on a long walk and could transport a cappuccino.

Last time I came here, I had ordered ahead in the app 15-20 minutes ahead of time, but then had to wait in-store another 20 minutes for my order to be ready. This was an early morning before a teaching job, around 7am.
Today, stopped in at 8 and thankfully my pre-order was in fact ready. Unfortunately, my croissant sandwich was stale (I get this sandwich all the time and never had it tasted bad, so this is saying something. It’s typically my favorite sandwich). I also ordered an iced matcha with lavender cold foam, which is a real menu option for spring this year, not something I made up or did lots of customization for. The only thing I added was one pump of sweetener. Well, I got there and it was waiting for me, but with about 6 drops – LITERAL drops – of purple foam floating on top. The photo online has at least an inch thick of foam, and I’m not saying I need it to be just like the picture, but come on people. So essentially, it was a regular matcha.
Definitely not planning to visit this location again.

This place used to have (2months ago) the absolute best customer service and best staff for making the Starbucks menu properly and it’s gone so far downhill, I’m willing to drive 20 mins even though I live 2 mins from this location. It’s night and day from what it was over the summer. They have zero clue how to make cold foam and I pay $2 for it, on every drink. Every time I grab my drink, I make sure to tell them thank you, and I’m sincere as I know how stressful the job can get. But they’re so arrogant that they refuse to even acknowledge you. I HATE complaining but this isn’t one time. I’ve seen how unfriendly they are for 2 months and shouldn’t be doing anything related to customer SERVICE! I tip very well and the staff over the summer was extremely friendly and we built up a great report. I would smile every time I left because they were so great. This staff is atrocious and it’s been like this every single day for the past 2 months.

I got engaged and was grabbing my daily Starbucks as usual. And I asked for a drink inspired by being engaged or something bridal inspired. Not only did they get my actual favorite drink but they gave it to me on the house. No charge! I was already so happy about my engagement and now a free Starbucks drink too! Best day ever.
