I’m in town for a month or so. I’ve gone to this Starbucks a total of 4 times and 3 of the 4 times they mess up at least one drink. And it’s not like I am ordering tons. Usually only 2 drinks and 2 food items. Always mobile and usually go in to get it.
The first time they put mocha in my lavender latte and didn’t use the blonde espresso used the regular instead like you couldn’t taste the difference.
The 2nd they didn’t add my cold foam, my caramel drizzle or my butter topping… They clearly ran out of the buttery topping but didn’t say anything just crossed it off. I paid for the extras and didn’t get them.
3rd time they also forgot my toppings
The staff could use a little refresher on costumer service. They look miserable and grumpy. And it was different staff each time. So I know it’s not just one or 2 people.
They are extremely slow Everytime I’ve been. Today though I waited 20 minutes because they allowed someone to do a very large order in the drive thru. But even when inside they are super slow.
Guess I’ll be saving the money on my account for when I go home and start going to Biggby across the street when I want a treat.

Not a good experience in customer service at all!!… we were there last sunday and my mom was trying to tell me what she wanted me to order,but from the angle i was standing i could not see what se wanted(what she was pointing at) so, she took it from the top of the showcase where it was (keep in mind this was on top and it was exposed to everybody to take it and this bread was wrapped) to show me and the lady at the register what she wanted…so this lady did not like that and told us this was inappropriate and that we do not have to touch it in a rude way,she had a nasty attitude and ended up rudely throwing the bread on the counter so we took it . Se even had the nerve to call the manager ,this one asked us what was going on but at this point i did not want to be there anymore so i paid ,took my purchase and left . I could not get her name but i got something better …a picture of her!!

When my friend and I walked in and up to the counter, there were 4 lovely young gals working behind the counter. They were enjoying each others company and conversing with each other. NONE of them acknowledged our presence for a good minute- minute and a half! I had to ask my friend if she sees me, and confirmed that I see her…. just to make sure we weren’t invisible.
We did not leave a tip, which is not like us, but I will leave one here…. when a customer (ANY CUSTOMER) walks into your establishment…. just ACKNOWLEDGE THEM!! Even if you are busy! (Which you were not, at the time)

Always love Starbucks and this one is clean and friendly staff. Their portions have gotten smaller since a Grande looks like a small. Otherwise always delicious.

Hit or miss. Some of the baristas are friendly but some are NOT! They messed up my drinks label several times, and my drinks as well. They don’t write nice things on your cup either. I’m a huge Starbucks fan but I will be looking for another favorite local coffee shop. I’ll still use Starbucks when I travel.

*Edit* Just tried here again and they don’t even fill it up plus the coffee is clearly burnt.
Man oh man. Horrible experience to start my day. First they didn’t have a ton of things in stock to order so they put a huge list out and I go to order my drink and I’m getting talked to rudely like SOMEHOW it’s my fault they don’t have stuff in stock.. then not only that but they made my drink entirely WRONG. Getting extra shots of espresso should make the drink more bitter but instead my caramel frappe tasted like I was drinking straight from the caramel bottle. Sweeter than 3 birthday cakes combined. Wasted $7 on a caramel candy that I don’t even believe has any espresso in it though it clearly says it on the cup.

We are from out of town and went inside to order. It wasn’t busy (6ish in the evening) so we walked right up to order. We didn’t experience any of the rudeness that other people have referenced. Quite the contrary. The gal taking the order was very friendly and the gal making the drinks was equally friendly. We ordered 4 different drinks, had special requests and everyone was very helpful and kind. Drinks were all acceptable and hot (or cold depending on order). The inside was clean. Not many baked goods, but maybe they put those away in the evening. Overall a good experience. I’d go back.

Starbucks consistently provides exceptional coffee that keeps me fueled for long workdays. The atmosphere is always inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends! What truly sets this location apart are the wonderful employees (there are several). Highly notable are Jenna and Mary. They’re experts in the coffee craft and extremely friendly, which elevates the customer experience. The staff takes the time to remember regulars’ orders; it’s this attention to detail that will keep me coming back as a customer.

Drinks are made with care, food was so much better than my usual Starbucks, the staff is efficient and very very friendly! Summer is a wonderful and very sweet barista! I would come back all the time if I lived around here, but we were just traveling and passing through! 🙂
