Updating my review because the service I received today was 150%. Walking in I was greeted and was acknowledged. I placed my order , and everything went very smooth. They brought my drink to me and the atmosphere and setting was clean. I have to say the barista with the red apron on this shift was amazing. They were personable, and they led the team really well by keeping everything running. They were awesome! If Starbucks still gave out awards , this barista would deserve one!

A great experience all around! I ordered ahead and my drink was ready for me on time when I got to the store. The barista was very friendly and actually seemed like she was happy to help me! It’s very close to the exit on I94, although at the time of this review the exit is closed for construction. I got a white chocolate macadamia nut cold brew, and it was perfect! Made exactly as I ordered it. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’m a daily customer and local – I absolutely adore the staff at this location – Rusty, Gary and Coco are the OG’s. They continue to serve up excellent customer service everyday along with my fantastic cold brews each morning.

Staff at this location are great, particularly when ordering through the drive through. Very pleasant and friendly. I will say during the Summer this place gets super packed and sometimes has very long wait times, especially when ordering ahead via the app for in-store pickup.

The manager of this store is RUDE! my husband got me my favorite drink for my birthday, which normally includes extra caramel drizzle all over the cup, but they didn’t put any extra. I forced him to go back in and kindly ask to have it remade. The manager of this location popped the lid off, added a little extra to the top, put the lid back on and said “heres all that extra sweetness for you”… normally this wouldn’t bother me but I used to work at starbucks myself and never had issues remaking drinks for people, especially when they’re made incorrectly the first time! I must say the rest of the staff here has always been extra friendly and incredible. But this guy takes me off gaurd whenever I come in, especially being their “head guy in charge”. So disappointing 🙁

Stopped by this Starbucks and had a great experience! I was greeted with a warm smile the moment I walked in. The person who took my order was super friendly and made the interaction feel personal and welcoming.
I ordered an iced espresso—it took a little while to prepare, but that was totally understandable since the store was very busy at the time. Despite the rush, they were well-staffed and kept everything running smoothly.
Parking was easy and convenient, and although I didn’t use it, there’s a drive-thru for added convenience. Overall, a well-run location with great service. I’ll definitely be back!

I had cherry cold foam for the first time on top of my drink and it was absolutely fantastic and the service was quick.
I am not a fan of them now asking for a tip through the drive-thru window and not even a percentage. But they ask if you want to tip $1, $2 or $3. It’s just two invasive and I didn’t even go inside.
