This is the best Starbucks consistently I have been to. The baristas (like Marshiana, Gabe, Becca, Joey, and many other baristas) have always been smiling, very professional, friendly, polite, and overall very pleasant to interact with. I have heard in the drive thru in front of me regulars come through who are on a first name basis. This is the Starbucks that will always make your day better. They make the drinks right, they are consistently the same every time, and they are more than happy to help with anything you need. Thank you so much to the lovely people who make this Starbucks what is it!

Came here on 8/14/25 at around 2:30 pm. All I ordered was a venti iced green tea in a glass. They rang it up as a personal cup which is odd but whatever, then tried to serve it in a mug??? When I asked for it in a glass, they put it in a DIRTY GLASS. Had some kind of caramel still on the lip.
I was offered to remake it but honestly, I assume it would have just come in another dirty cup. Took my refund and left.
Also, was told $4.08, gave 20.08, got 15 in bills and 98 cents in change. Just…why?
I truly don’t know if this is because of Starbucks policy changes or poor management, or if the employee was just bad at the job, but someone needs to start caring about your customers again.

I asked for a dragon drink and they gave me a pink drink. I didn’t realize until I drove away. Also, I asked for extra cold foam and they gave me a regular amount (this happens a lot). I said something about it this time and the batista said she could give me some on the side. Why would I want it on the side when it’s supposed to be in my drink? She was nice but I was annoyed. Also I’m tired of asking for extra cold foam and 95% of the time they don’t actually put extra in the drink. I’d like to actually get what I’m paying extra for.

Love this new location. Ordering online and picking up is typically the way I order, but there is rarely a line when I stop by. Heidi is a great barista, she made me the BEST iced macchiato ive ever had. Everyone is very friendly and beautiful inside.
