Stopped in after church today, ordered a chai latte and a caramel ribbon crunch. The chai was perfect. However the the caramel ribbon crunch didn’t taste right and there was definitely no crunch. Went back thru the drive thru and asked for a new one. The new one, while it tasted a little better, was still not right. When I asked about the “crunch” she proceeded to tell me it was right there on top… and it wasn’t even completely mixed up! Very disappointed…

This Starbucks has some of the best workers! I go there often and they do a good job in our friendly… And today I told them I was getting a coffee for My Wife who is a nurse and they threw in something extra just to say thank you.

the people here are super friendly but ive been here 3x and the order is always wrong. today my drink should have had coconut milk in it, and it’s got less flavor than a flavored water…. not really sure what they did but? won’t be back to this location.

Food tastes good for as long as it takes. Service is extremely extremely slow and when I deliver from here for doordash, they take an even longer time to get the order out, while realizing the driver THEY made late is penalized

Conveniently located right on M21, just west of Meijer, it’s my go-to when I get in town. Service is always excellent, coffee is hot, and the variety of breakfast food is great! Starbucks Grande Pike Black is my coffee of choice.

Well… I know it’s a new place and they are WAY understaffed which I understand, but… We ordered a tall Caramel Frozen Coffee and a tall Iced Caramel Macchiato Coffee and well, that’s not what we got. The frozen coffee had Caramel drizzled on the top and the drink had a hint of Caramel and a taste of something else (almost thought it was Irish Cream). The Macchiato was just regular coffee with what appeared to be foamed milk in it. And it was only about 2/3rd’s full. We paid $9.75 for the 2 drinks I could have gotten at McDonald’s for 5 Bucks. Not.wprthball of the hype. Won’t return.
