Unorganized. Had 3 different people ask if I needed help. I waited in the pickup area for a worker and voiced that I was missing an item. She walks away. The second person came up and said they think someone took my order and wanted to see my receipt, saw it and then she walked away. I was standing there not too long, until eventually a third person came up and stated they “think” they ran out of that item and rushed away before I could ask how to go about it. Few minutes later I was given a cold loaf that was supposedly “warmed” before it was handed to me. Idk. It didn’t seem too busy, and they were nice I guess, it was just annoying having to repeat myself to 3 different people, and feeling like I have a mixed up/mistaken order. The drink I had didn’t really taste like how I usually get it either. But yeah. Again, they were nice, but it seemed unorganized in there.

This is a great little Starbucks but they often get behind with mobile orders, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. If you do a mobile order, give yourself 10-15 minutes buffer in addition to what is stated on the app and then you won’t have to wait. Love the patio too.

This Starbucks is a great Starbucks! The drinks are awesome along with the sandwich’s and other edibles. The only iffy thing about it is the ROTTING food left in the displays… There’s constantly flies and other bugs on the food and could definitely be a cause to ruin your Appetit!

The new Starbucks on Mack is open and my Ry and I had to check it out this morning on errands around town. The store is clean and well designed for customer service and ease of access and exit. Great for run in, grab, and go. Sitting areas are along the perimeter with a decorative Christmas tree in the front. Employees were on there game and orders were getting processed in an efficient and prompt manner. My chi tea was hot and extra creamy and the coffee is HOT. Thank you and welcome much appreciated Starbucks!

I hadn’t been to Starbucks in well over a year. I was excited to have one again since it had been so long. I decided to treat myself with a caramel Frappuccino. It was garbage. It tasted like watered down old coffee with a caramel candy at the bottom. Won’t be going back to that location again any time soon.

Never will I purchase anything from starbucks again. Their owners are so set on union busting that they fired some of their most loyal and hardworking employees. Their leadership acts in bad faith, at evey single opportunity. The only chance of earning me back as a customer is if all stores unionize.

It was okay, the drinks didn’t seem fresh, for frozen drinks it was mostly melted and just came through the window so that’s kind of weird. also can always tell when you guys mess up the NO WHIP and just blend it inside the rest of the drink.
