This location really got themselves together over the last two years. When I first moved here there was a 5-10% chance mobile ordering was turned on, which meant I had to drive an extra 15 mins round trip to another location. But now it’s always on and they are quick to get orders ready, 5 stars

The baristas don’t make an effort to prepare quality items as per the price. Menu items are available to order on the app but actually unavailable/out of stock, customer is not updated and then has to go through a lengthy refund process. Poor quality and service all around. One of the worst Starbucks locations I’ve experienced having lived in 6 US states.

I ordered online today. When I swing by to pick it up, the door was locked, and a note said only the drive through was open. So there was a very long line of cars. I was going to have to wait in the same line, where other people are just arriving and placing an order to be made. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I had to leave, because I was on my way to work, and I couldn’t be late. So I abandoned my $6 coffee. You should either open the doors for online pick ups only, or shut off online ordering altogether if you are going to lock the doors.

I ordered an oatmeal with all the toppings and an everything bagel. I get there and they have no bagel. They gave me an oatmeal soup. Water was pouring out of the oatmeal container and they forgot all the toppings for the oatmeal in the bag, even though I paid for the blueberries, I got nothing but oatmeal water all over my car. Why do they need $15 an hour when they cant even make oatmeal correctly. The woodhaven one isn’t any better. Not sure who orders for that store but they need to order double. constantly out of eveything. At least my drink was made acorrectly but only filled 3/4 of the way.

Ordered a sandwich on my way to work. Ate sandwich on my way to work. Within 45 minutes I was violently ill. Nausea, stomach cramps, severe diarrhea and cold sweats. I felt fine beforehand. I’m wondering if the sandwiches sit out. I did ask for Mayo and was told they couldn’t as the sandwiches are premade.

I go at least once a week and every time they have a “sorry for the inconvenience” sign and they are closed. They are supposed to close at 6:30 but often close just in the middle of the day when they feel like it. They are never ever open would not recommend.

They can’t seem to open on time. Seems like two to three times a weekend the don’t open at 5am. Their sign says five, however I’ve been told at 5 their equipment isn’t ready yet.

Don’t come here if your not caucasian you’ll be getting your drink later then them even if you paid before them I literally had to talk to the manager to make my drinks smh this never happens at any other Starbucks
