I had the chai tea and my partner had a non-fat latte. There were 6 employees and no customers in front of us in the store but our order of 2 drinks still took more than five minutes. The drive-thru was clearly the store’s priority. However, once they were made, our drinks were very yummy!

The carmel frappuccino I had was delicious. But the breakfast Sandwich with the gouda, eggs ,cheese and bacon wasn’t worth the price I paid for it. The egg muffin was chewy from it begin warmed up BECAUSE IT’S A FROZEN SANDWICH.. A friend spoke highly of it and I wish that I had stayed with just getting the drink.. I’ll stick with the drinks only

wish I could give zero stars it was only me in the line behind one white person in front of me and they took the person’s order and said that they were closing early when I pulled up and when I asked did they take the person in front of me ordered they did not respond. ABSOLUTELY NO decency, or respect for human beings, unless they look like them, of course

This guy here with the glasses on at the cash register was very rude to me while taking orders at the window he definitely act like he was hard of hearing. I called him like 5 times when the boy finally turned around and looked towards me he had the nerve to not say anything and go talk to the next customer. How rude right? This boy needs to learn better customer service and how to listen and communicate when customers ask a question. He was definitely out of line and rude. That’s why I’m posting this complaint right now on this platform.

i placed a mobile order 3 mins before entering the drive thru, i don’t like ordering too early because the drinks sit and the ice melts and they start tasting bad. you get more stars for mobile ordering instead of ordering at the window, so that’s why i do it. i don’t mind waiting however long for it to be ready, i just don’t want it sitting there. i was in no rush. When i pulled up to the window and the nice lady asked what i’d like to order, i said i had a mobile order and id like 2 pup cups please for my dogs. a guy jumps on the mic and rudely said “looks like you JUST placed that, but i’ll see you at the window” like what does that even matter? what would have been the difference of me ordering at the window? there was no one behind me in line, so i wasnt holding anybody up. i wasn’t rude, i didnt expect it to be ready. The nice lady is the one who served me at the window, and she was very sweet and pleasant, the guy must have known better after talking to me like that:) please learn better customer service there was literally no reason for that. if this is an inconvenience for baristas, you could have just communicated it to me so id stop doing it. nobody likes being talked to with an attitude like that
