Large area, minimal parking but the drive thru is fast. I’ve traveled throughout the world going to this chain. Workers are pleasant and it’s clean. Didn’t give me a fork for these lava temperature egg bites, but not an issue.

I get Peppermint Mocha once each winter but the recipe must have changed. There was an odd under taste that almost tasted like instant coffee

I love the place, everything is perfect. BUT, today I studied there for like 5 hours, and I was almost freezing. Like I might even have caught a cold. It is officially Fall, please increase the temperature. Otherwise, you guys are great!

I come to the Kent Starbucks often to work on assignments for school in a busy, productive atmosphere. I love this store! Annie is incredibly kind and always asks how my work is going, no matter how busy the store is. I am very thankful to the baristas who make this store great!

I come here 1-2 times a week and I’ve never had a bad experience. They remember my name, my order, and often bring it directly to my table. It can get busy when school is on so I try to be there as early as possible to miss most of the college crowd but there are a good amount of tables and outlets.
