The line always takes about 20 minutes to get through regardless of how many cars are waiting, I order a drink that literally is poured directly out of a spout into a cup & it feels like they wait until I pull up to the window to start making it so I have to wait even longer. My order is consistently wrong/tastes off or the nitro is broken every other week. Today they handed me a half empty drink that I paid $6.25 for. When I order this drink at other locations it only costs $5.95. This is the closest location to my house so I really wish they would do better, but I have a lackluster experience almost every time. Service is without a smile, a greeting, or a “your welcome” response, usually the card reader is just shoved at me without a word. Asking me to tip on my drink that is consistently wrong is crazy.

I am a pretty much every day Starbucks customer. I recently moved to west Cleveland from Strongsville – where I had love bonds with the Starbucks there and I did NOT want to go to a new one. You know how it is – know their faces know their names, your dogs name…. But the one on Detroit is pretty good, my drink is almost always correct, the staff is cool… Love bonds in the making

coffee is not good enough to be used for the server but I can do it with the other one and I can do it with my bad words and I think I can do it with you and I will be a little late for you to come back to the office tomorrow morning and then I will get it later on the bus kidz bop for the server to get me up and down the road to the airport and get me to come over to the airport to get me a coffee and then I will get it later on the bus kidz bop for you to come over and I will be there is no need to be there for the rest if I can you pick up my phone please and thank God I don’t want you guys want me anymore so we don’t need it anymore I just need you and you know I love it so I don’t have a lot for you

Came in with a 4 year old and the manager, Kait, went above and beyond to make us feel special during our “big girl time.” She was patient and kind while the little one was ordering and make what was an anxiety provoking experience (ordering like a grown up) fun and playful. The shop is always clean and the staff is always lovely, even when they are swamped! This is my favorite Starbucks in the area with good reason!
