I placed a mobile order here today for in- store pick up. The app said it would be ready at 3:10pm and I got there a few minutes before but all of the doors were locked. Another customer said they just closed the inside but I could literally see my drinks/food ready on the pickup counter. So I had to sit in the drive thru for 20 min just to be given my watered down drinks and cold food that had been sitting there for at least 25 min. Why let me place an in-store pick up order if the inside is closed? Or why not at least let me grab it since it was ready on the counter? I was not late! The baristas could have at least remade my order. Definitely won’t be coming to this location anymore. Needs better management!

Really friendly baristas, and it has a nice atmosphere. It is not the biggest Starbucks, but it is very nice on the inside. I will definitely consider stopping here again soon!

Waited 10 minutes to order when I go to oder the person taking my oder messed it up 2 times and had to start from the beginning. I checked the screen and everything we corrected was right . Get home and everything I ordered was different stuff my family wouldn’t eat. WASTE OF 32$ please get someone better for taking orders…

The girl gave me a cold brew that was half foam, and told me that’s the way they come. I buy these all the time and never got a foamy one. She replaced the keg and gave some other customer there cold brew first and purposely made me wait. Then she gave me mine. I’ll never go to this Starbucks again. Bad service!

Worst Customer Experience I have ever had. 1 Customer at the counter and 3 people working. 1 Worker was engaged into a conversation with the person at the counter, I took it this customer may have worked there. I waited at the front counter and watched as 2 others walked in and were greeted, I got Crickets. I finally walked out after 5 minutes waiting due to being ignored by the workers. I was there to get info on when the Christmas/Holiday Blend would be available for retail. I will just watch Sams Club Site since Starbucks Employees think they are better than everyone else.
