The baristas here are amazing—so kind, day in, day out. It gets BUSY and they’re always friendly and considerate no matter what. India makes an effort to have personable interactions with every guest and Derick shines as a leader. Are there less crowded locations? Maybe. And most Starbucks employees are good with customers across locations. Agreed. But for this spot in particular, I’d wait a couple extra minutes during the rush *happily* because when I leave there, my mornings are so merry. 🙂 gotta find out how to spread the good news to corporate

I went in today after work hoping to get a small coffee of some type to keep my energy up after the long day. However I went in and they said the espresso machine was down. I then seen the sign by the register and seen they couldn’t make any type of coffee at all. I was disappointed but decided to get a refresher instead but they seemed to not have all of those either so I ended up with a pink drink which I don’t usually enjoy. I understand if there are machine issues but I don’t think the staff has to be so rude by the fact I didn’t see the sign prior to ordering.

Employee making my drink was sweet. My drink was amazing. Manager or supervisor (Im assuming) came I over while she was working up another person’s drink, calling her about some rags? She didn’t really need to be yelled at in front of customers, let alone some wash clothes you can find at the dollar tree. Unprofessional and unnecessary. I hope the employee has a better day and knows it’s just temporary.

Employees both were touching their mouth, hair, trash cans, cashier till, their personal drinks and food on the counter where customer items are prepped (taking a bite and a sip while making customer orders) then customer drinks and food.
NOT ONCE did they wash their hands or put on gloves. Cross contamination at it’s finest. I have half a mind to take a video and call the health inspector. I’ll never return to this location. I walked away after observing the cross contamination and just how bad it was for about 10 minutes. As a certified Sous Chef I’m telling you, they should be ashamed of how this place is ran. Total lack of management for sure.

They are good when they are good but really bad when they are bad. They never seem to have ingredients for menu items. Staff is always nice and feel bad for them that they always have to turn orders away due to not have ingredients.

The place was a mess. The girl at the counter was nice. The two girls making the drinks were only concentrating on talking to each other . We ordered two drinks. Three people ordered after us , and received their drinks before us. I told the girl I would just mike my money back. She said they were making our drinks now, they had run out of lids. So we waited, as two more people get their orders. The one girl had gone to get lids I presume. She was in no hurry at all .
This is not the way I expect a Starbucks to be . Very disappointed
