Another awesome trip for oatmeal honey latte and the tomato mozzarella panini it was delicious and again nice and crisp the way I like it.
I always enjoy my time everytime I visit Starbucks. The drink’s and food are delicious and amazing but the staff are the Greatest nicest that you could ever meet. That’s why I continue to go back often.
The cold drinks I got is always having good taste. But when it comes to the hot drink I noticed three times only foam on the top, so when I’m ready to drink it it’s 20%foam gone become missing drink. I feel like I don’t deserve 80% cup of coffee, same price on cold drink but I see it full cause it’s clear cup obviously I can notice. So disappointed.
$19.95. The cashier had added a $5 gratuity charge without asking me. When I questioned him about this, his response was “I asked you if you had questions”. I said had not authorized that gratuity. He said, again “I asked you if you had a question” and I said I did when I saw the receipt. He didn’t offer to fix it or get the manager. I called the manager to tell her what happened and that I was not happy with the charge. There was no “I’m sorry” or any offer to fix the charge. I was traveling with others, so did not have time to stay and argue. I didm’t get asked how much I would have tipped, they added this charge. A 40% gratuity. A bit steep if you ask me. I wondered how many others, especially those who are traveling have been cheated by this particular Starbucks without noticing.
