20250712 The tall thin barista was very nice. I love the Ginger and the Tumeric Shots. Do not shake, wiggle, turned, etc… the Tumeric bottle. Unlike the Ginger, the Tumeric shot is carbonated. I drank the Ginger Shot first, then the Tumeric shot, then when I sipped the Iced Chai Latte with Soymilk… The Chai Latte was delicious! Something with having the Ginger and Tumeric made the Chai latte tasted extra good.

I’m a bit frustrated. I live in Napoleon. I have OCD. I drive passed 3 other starbucks to get to this specific one. I order the exact same drink every time. Venti Iced Cafe latte w sugar free vanilla. This particular branch has made them perfectly every single time. So I drive extra every other day to pick up two drinks. It comes out a darker color and has been so consistent here. Until recently. I want to to say if was Christmas day I ordered and they came out very light color and didnt taste right, so I went in and the lady seemed annoyed but said they would remake them. They gave me the same thing. It was super light and milky. So thats 13 dollars in the trash. The next day same thing. The lady said this is how they make them and wasn’t interested in what I was talking about. She said I could add another shot if I wanted more coffee. Which is 1.25 extra. That seemed to make it better. So I’ve been doing that. Religiously every other day since. We’ll I ordered mobile again today and waited for 15 minutes in the drive through and got the drink. The first one looked fine. Then the second was noticeably different then the first. I pulled over to taste test and they were two completely different coffees. You can see the difference in the picture. I did not want to wait in the drive through for 15 minutes and there was no where to park to go in. Idk if someone quit or its someone knew. But my coffees have not been the same since Christmas. It seems impossible to get it fixed. So this last time thats 14 dollars wasted. That’s 30 bucks wasted. Im super disappointed and hoping I can find another coffee place that provides consistent coffee.

This is one of the newest Starbucks in the area and very nice. The staff was friendly and efficient with comfortable seating that is also spacious enough that you do not feel you are sitting on top of the those around you. The reason for the 4 star rating issue is due to the fact that the electrical plugs at the window seating do not work.

Stopped by while traveling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a drive thru. The layout is really open with a great amount of seating both inside and outside. Looks recently renovated. Was very quiet and not too busy.

Was in and out. Used the restroom which was clean. There were about 4 tables with people inside and a few tables with people outside. It felt a little like how Starbucks used to be with people coming in and hanging out. Good vibe. Drink was made quickly and was tasty. Staff member who took my order was friendly.

I have gone to this starbucks for years and within the last year my lattes have been so bitter I actually wince. My drinks are also extremely watered down as soon as i get them. I really want to continue to come to this starbucks but I pay $8 for a consistently bad and bitter drink.

Hope somebody actually reads these reviews because my drink stop this morning set the mood for my whole day and this team deserves some praise! The Valentine’s Day crew was so kind and upbeat, and the lovely lady on the mic was especially sweet and wonderfully spirited! Drink was 10/10 beautiful and tasty, and the drive thru moved post haste.
