I bought a medium iced coffee at Tim Hortons and a grande Strawberry Lemonade at Starbucks. I asked them to put the lemonade in a venti cup, but the amount they gave me wasn’t the usual amount I get, even though there was no ice. See the difference

I visited this Starbucks location on 06/16/25 9:50am and unfortunately encountered a serious issue with one of the food items I purchased. The food appeared to be contaminated there was a foreign object in my spinach feta wrap shown in picture the spinach taste bad and dead..
I immediately stopped eating and contacted Starbucks Customer Service to report it. I believe this should be taken seriously to prevent any health risks to others.
I hope Starbucks and this specific store take the necessary steps to investigate and ensure food safety protocols are being followed.

When I order in person I do not have this problem. I placed an online order for the talk 8oz coffee and they only filled the cup half way! I got half the drink for full price! It makes me so annoyed that I can’t place online orders with this location because I’ll either be shorted on the drink or it’ll have a missing ingredient. When I order in person I typically don’t have many issues but this is already the smallest drink and it’s still $6 I’m so annoyed. Good thing Obetz is putting in a Dunkin’ Donuts

I stop at this Starbucks once a week on way to work. Always great service except when “the guy” that works drive thru is there. (He never has a name tag on.) He is not friendly at all, I can’t believe they let him work the drive thru. He always keeps his back to you the whole time. He got my drink order wrong today and the whole time waiting for correct one I was trying to get his attention to ask for a pup cup for my dog that was sitting in my lap the whole time patiently waiting with me. When he handed me correct drink I asked for pup cup, and from his facial expression I could tell he wasn’t happy. Then when I drove away and tasted my drink…it was missing the Caramel! So disappointed today!!!!

Ordered paid waited on the app. Patiently the drink was very pale i get 4 shots ok fine maybe there was 4 shots i just wanted 2 more i paid again the barista new and instead of being polite to me she continued to make drinks ignoring me that I just wanted 2 shots in a cup i paid for extra nothing against the drink already made very good. But rude to not have some sort of customer service integrity. By the way ladt summer I got food posioning from there boiled eggs I was so sick. Don’t eat the food other than bakery. Me personally now since then I waited for my double shot for 25 min more still didn’t have i left she can be miserable and rude but girl with the reindeer headband Dec 26th 2025 you need to chekc yourself.

Every single time I come from my mobile order, the team is always so friendly. There’s two specific employees who always remember that I want straws with my drink. It really matters to me that they remember the little tiny quirks about me as their customer. One employee in particular, I believe her name is Amy, always greets my toddler son in the backseat as well and he loves it. He gets so excited every time she talks to him. I appreciate the service and the delicious coffee that I consistently get from this location.

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino at 12:27 pm today And whoever made this deserves to sleep with a cold pillow every night and I hope they find 20 dollars on the street. Never had someone make me a Frappuccino and slightly put some whipped cream in the bottom of the cup. Whoever made this drink you made my day for real.

The worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. An Americano should not take 20 minutes at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They filled it to the brim and now it’s all over my cup holders and they forgot the splash of milk. I will go far out of my way to avoid this location.
