Every morning before work I go here and it just gets my day going great! I’m always greeted with a smile and friendly hello! I never feel like I’m not welcome to have my daughter (whose 1 and makes a mess.. sorry guys) come and enjoy a sweet treat and some chocolate oat milk. They are the best Starbucks I have been too since leaving new york.. Jared and Maggie do a phenomenal job on my coffee but honestly I’ve never had a “bad” drunk from any employee. I wish I knew his name but the guy working the front counter and sandwich station (tall skinny long hair I believe) is so friendly and always kind and patient. They really are favorite

Not sure what is going on but every time I go to this Starbucks in their drive thru and inside it takes FOREVER to get your drinks. I dont go inside currently because of having a new born and I dont want to carry the baby inside to just grab my drink and put the baby back in the car seat. So I opt to use the drive thru. Every time I have used the drive thru I have sat here for 20+ minutes. The one over by I65 their drive thru is pretty quick. But since the strike they haven’t had their drive thru open.

We sat in the drive thru for at least 45 minutes. Then when I ordered was told it would take 20-25 for my order. How would I get out of line after you are literally in the drive thru line! I get to the window, get part of my order, then wait at least 15 more minutes for a tall pumpkin latte! Said they were behind?!!

I usually go to Scooter’s because it’s closer to my house, but since I was going to pass this location today I decided to do Starbucks instead. The wait time was decently long in the drive-thru (about 20 minutes) but the employee on the headset was very friendly.

But my coffee was terrible. I got the same thing I usually get at Scooters, a large espresso drink (shaken espresso here) with milk and sweetener, and an extra shot (5 espresso shots total) I was doing my happy dance in my seat as I pulled off with my drink, but it turned into a sadness shuffle when I took my first sip. It tasted SUPER acidic and acrid, and definitely burnt or scorched. I took another cautious sip, just to be sure I wasn’t imagining it, but it was still the same nasty burnt taste.

I didn’t have 20-40 minutes to go inside or through the drive-thru again, so I just had to make peace with the fact that I wasn’t going to have a yummy caffeinated pick-me-up today.

Two days in a row I have ordered a “London fog”. First day they gave me a Earl grey tea, which is close but not a real London fog. But they are training. So no big deal. Well today happened again. But this time when I ordered the girl asked someone how to ring it up. Once again….got just a tea. But THIS TIME “MEG” (tall blonde with a pony tail) gave me attitude upset that I asked for it to be corrected. Then let me know “for my information a earl grey tea is not a london fog”’

Thanks Meg, but I didn’t order a earl grey tea 🙂 also you forgot the pup cup and we watch you in the parking lot on break NOT change your gloves.

I get that its busy. But do better Starbucks, next time going to Nuts about Coffee.

So frustrated with this place! My son’s 15th birthday way yesterday and he wanted his first starbucks coffee while we made the trip to Elizabethtown. Instead of getting coffee, the door was locked and the employees were outside sitting around with a bullhorn and a bunch of picket signs. We went to Vibe coffee instead. Absolutely pathetic and I won’t be back

I go to Starbucks almost daily and rarely ever had an issue. That changed today, I got my normal iced Carmel macchiato 6 shot exta drizzle ordered via the app it took 30 min for the drink to be completed. Only for my coffee to taste like crap. I called back up to the store talked to the manager on the floor only to be told they will replace or refund but not to use that type of language with them. I apologized for “using an offensive defining word”. When I was able to go back in I was greated by a very combative manager telling me they gave me the option to remake/refund after I had told her I want a remake I had to at one point tell her “I am not going to argue with you remake my drink.” Only for the coffee to taste worse. If a customer has a valid complaint and has already paid for the product don’t be mad don’t be rude just make it right not worse.

I just went through the drive thru. It was my first time at Starbucks, I was asked to pick it up since I was passing.
It started out great with a gentleman taking my order. I asked for a carrier since I’ll be delivering the coffee as it wasn’t for myself.
As I got to the window to pay. I
Patiently waited. The cashier was too busy to pay attesting attention to me. There was a pay pad sitting on the ledge. I asked her how it works, she served annoyed, “you have to push the buttons ” she said. First off it isn’t my job to do so. Secondly I had no intentions on touching that nasty thing. From everyone and their brother fingering. I’m sure it wasn’t cleaned between customer. Well it get better. I asked for a Carrie, the little green stoppers and a receipt.
Again she was rude. She said. “You should have asked for that up front” she abruptly closed the window, about 30 seconds later she ripped off a receipt.
I feel if you’re having a bad day, don’t come into work and vent your aggravation on customers.
I called the store to speak with the manager. The phone was laid Down, I could hear every word spoken, then someone hung up the phone. It’s sad you spend that amount of money for over priced coffee . Then you recieve horrible service.

The staff is friendly, but they’re slacking on making the green tea matcha frappuccino right. This is what it looked like after they remade the drink. It looks all soupy and it still tastes watered down. The whip cream was just poured back into the cup, instead of spraying fresh one. I would’ve liked some fresh drinks made, but I got the same drinks back instead. I’m no longer going to this Starbucks, instead I’m going to the other store location in the Etown area.
