I highly advise. Do not go to the Somerset Starbucks on Highway 27 they are the slowest Starbucks in the United States. They have plenty of staff, but only half are working and half that are working. Just look like chickens running around with their heads cut off and don’t know what the hell they’re doing. I went through the drive-through. I got to the Starbucks at 7:30 AM. I did not leave the drive-through until 8:05 AM 35 minutes for two drinks is absolutely ridiculous. Seven bruise can have two lines all the way to the end of the road and still do better than Starbucks on Highway 27 .
They seriously need to get it together. I have been to many mini Starbucks all over the place and this one is absolutely the worst. And it’s not just this one time it’s like that every single time I’m tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt I’m done.

I love this store, I have been with them since opening, almost an everyday customer They have definitely had their ups and downs but the crew they have right now is awesome! I’m always greeted with a smile and “Hello Ms Christa” no matter how slammed they are❤️ please give grace to these baristas, they are doing a great job & under constant pressure! BE KIND

They’re extremely slow because they take and make other people’s orders ahead of you; I came in one day and had to wait 30 minutes for 3 drinks, while others, who came in after me, got out before me. They also were out of what I wanted.

I have this refillable cup from Starbucks… I Love it SO Much! I got Passion Tea in it… So… Whenever I come to a Starbucks I am able to bring in my cup and they refill it with my ordered drink… No More Plastic Waste for me at Starbucks! ❤️ That is SO Important to me ❤️

Extremely rude when ordering. They are very stingy when It comes to the drink portion, they just fill it with ice to make it look full. Very unpleasant to talk to. Would not visit again. If you hate your job, find something new to do!

I normally utilize door dash to pick up my order. I’ve tried the bacon, sausage, & egg wrap with a vanilla bean frappe. Yall, when I say it’s delicious, it’s delicious. I’ve also tried the turkey bacon, cheddar & egg white sandwich and that was good a well. I now order from Starbucks every morning since I’ve been here and this is the most I’ve eaten at Starbucks; they have truly stepped up their game.

Sarah just provided me great customer service. I am very sick and was wanting a decaf drink from Starbucks more than anything. Door dash would not allow me to order anything decaf, so I called the store and Sarah really went out of her way to make sure I get my drink accurate and sent to my house! She was so joyful on the phone and really made my sick day so much better! Everyone show Sarah kindness every time you go into Starbucks, and for whoever she is working for, you should know, she is doing a great job!❤️

We went here to get a large ice water and were told we had to order something because the water was free so we got another drink. We got a small assuming it wouldn’t be as much as the large but there was a .40 difference so it was just about the same price. We asked for light ice and a large ice water but got heavy ice in the latte and a small ice water. The drink was also gross. We should’ve went to 7Brew! We would’ve rather just paid for the water. Never had a good experience at Starbucks.

This is the slowest service Starbucks I have been too! Both times I was there and both times through the drive through. The coffee as always was great and the staff was semi friendly. Not sure what is happening there.
