Holiday drink are here!!! I ordered two drinks from my mobile app about 15 minutes before arriving and walked inside to pick them up. I waited on my order for a few minutes, then they called my name. The beverages were awesome….as always!! They were worth the wait!!

This Starbucks location has amazing and welcoming service. Food and beverages are made to perfection. Building is kept clean and up-to-date. The only struggle I will note is the hospitality in tone of some of the employees.

Would love to support our local Starbucks more. This store is constantly either one of the four: closed for service, drive thru only, inside service only, order ahead not available. This is the second go-round for Starbucks in Danville. I have counted five families as I’ve waited in the car line, who have walked up to get service inside and met with the sign. Cars back up well into the adjacent businesses parking LOTS. I’m only sitting here as it’s my day off, I’m in town, and I want an espresso to go with my Hobby Lobby trip. Two stars for getting my drink right, the rest is left out for this kind of consistent service.
Editing to add: consistently having to wait 30+ minutes for a beverage is very unfortunate given the opportunity that could be here! And completely out of my timeframe to wait that long for a coffee. Kudos to those who continue to give this location business.

Wow!! Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Employees don’t act like they want to be there. First employees told me I can’t reduce sugar in Frappuccino because it’ll make it one big clumpy mess. Then we waited for 10 minutes, second employee said it’ll be a minute because he’s busy. But we were only ones in the store and two cars in drive through. Total attitude when he made our drinks. He then set our drinks on counter without telling. Definitely needs retraining. Or some kind of morale boost.

Always love coming for my regular Starbucks drink ❤️ I come in and if its the manager guy, he already knows what I want! I came by a few days ago to get my iced shaken espresso (that I dont make easy to create it lol) and the employee wrote on my cup to have a great day I had already been on the verge of crying cause we all have one of those days, ya know? And they brightened it up with my perfected drink, and going out of their way to give me good vibes ❤️❤️ Good employees/management and the best coffee that no one else anywhere can make (trust me, ive tried and I cant find my specific drink anywhere that tastes just like how it does here)

As good a Starbucks as any. Friendly staff that works hard. It’s almost always got 10 cars in the drive though but even during Covid you can just order ahead for inside pickup, which is reliably quick.

Waited 20+ minutes for my coffee, and when I asked politely, the barista loudly repeated that others had been waiting longer, purposefully shaming me instead of helping. Unprofessional and disappointing.
