This Mt Sterling location is the BEST Starbucks in KY! Their parking lot is huge, easy to get in and out of, and the drive thru moves super fast. The inside is amazing with plenty of seating and very clean. The staff, especially the manager Stephanie, is super nice! Starbucks is a great partner in the community as well. They are very generous to local non-profits. We love this Starbucks ❤️

We stop by at this store very early Thursday mornings. The best Starbucks I have been into in 16 states. Staff is very friendly and extremely efficient. We even stopped the day Starkbucks employees start their strike but this store was open. Special shout to Stepheni who is always takes time to welcome us.

I have been to many Starbucks locations. I have quite the addiction for the Matcha Latte. The Mount Sterling location is my absolute favorite location. The staff there is so welcoming and they have went above and beyond for me more than once. They are always friendly and I rarely ever have to wait long for my drink/food. This is my go to stop everyday on my way into work.

First time was bad, so I thought to give it another try (everyone deserves a second chance). Both the first and second time, the wait was over 45 minutes to get our drinks. The second time, the drinks were wrong. Additionally, frozen drinks had melted, and hot drinks were room temp by the time we received them. Lastly, the line does an odd thing where it goes from a single line to two lanes and then back to a single again. Usually, a lane split is combined with multiple ordering stations, but they still only have one. I feel like this just adds anxiety to the whole process, as now you have to worry that everyone paid attention in kindergarten and knows how to take turns.

The best! A very pleasant welcome at 6:45am by the manager. Excellent service, great team. Coffee, tea, and spinach egg white wrap and blueberry muffin- all fresh. Clean, brand new location(not yet listed on the DOT signs yet so check your locator on phone/GPS). Updated bathroom, unique all in one faucet bar with built in soap, water and dryer. Never saw that before.

Not really sure what’s going on, the service was good & employees were friendly. However, the past 5 or 6 times I’ve gone thru the drive thru, my frapp’s have either been no where close to what I ordered…or they have been so watered down that they were too gross to drink. Unfortunately, I am going to take a break from this Starbucks location and hope it gets better soon.
