I just left target and wanted a cold,thin drink.So,I pull up to Starbucks with my mom(it’s right in front of target)and ask for a large cup of ice water and a large cup of ice(I should add that we also JUST bought drinks from Starbucks)the lady scoffs in an annoyed voice an says “do you want anything else??”we proceed with “no, that’s all” politely before she states”well ,we have a policy that you HAVE to get something else too.”we got frustrated with her snarky tone and proceeded to roll our window up, the lady at the window was really nice though, once we offered to just pay for a coffee and take the drinks.

This is my go to store! Love the morning staff! They are so friendly. They’ve taken the time to remember my order. If I change the amount of syrup in my order, the person that makes my drink asks if the order was put in the register correctly. They are very quick to get orders out no matter how busy it is! They’ve set the bar high!

Pretty sure there was no coffee in my drink. Just milk and sugar. It was supposed to have 4 shots. Considering how expensive Starbucks is, I shouldn’t have to worry about turning around and going back when in a hurry! I wish I hadn’t tipped. Waste of money! Also, I’d received notification for purchasing a mixed shaken espresso, but this store didn’t have the syrups.

The past few times I’ve been here they have messed up my drink. I know it’s because it’s new hires making the drinks, but I don’t blame them because I understand it’s not their fault they just haven’t been trained properly. And I understand learning on the job but management should not leave the new hires BY THEMSELVES in the store, not until they’re fully trained, and it’s clear they’re not! Please have one experienced barista there to guide the new hires because I am tired of not getting what I ordered every time I come to this location.

I’m not a huge coffee drinker. I like the fact they offer other things to drink. I got the iced dragon fruit green tea. It was really good and had lots of dragon fruit chunks in it. Almost like a good snack or a meal replacement. Was helpful since we were at the grocery store.

Stood at the counter at 8:57 on Sunday August 25th while 3 employees on their phones stood along the back counter. No one ever asked if they could take my order. I finally asked if they were open and one answered NOPE! Hours listed shows opening at 8 am. As I walked away they laughed. If you want over priced coffee, lazy poor work ethic staff and to be mocked for wanting to spend your money, then visit the Food City Vonore Starbucks is the place to visit. If it were possible I’d give a negative rating!
