It was a bit slow as the priority was given to drive – threw. We got our chai latte, Ham and Swiss croissant, but it took them so much longer to prepare a simple coffee. We also had to remind them about it. Oh well.

I’m usually in town taking care of my elderly parents, so stopping for coffee should be the easy part of the day. Instead, it adds stress.
My order is extremely simple: one black cold brew and two drip coffees with cream — no customizations — and it’s still wrong every visit.
I’ve only kept coming because it’s close to the hotel I stay at and on my way, but I’ll now gladly go out of my way to avoid this place.

I unfortunately keep giving this Starbucks a shot because it’s the closest to my house. I have finally learned my lesson today because I am sick of paying $5+ for water that’s sometimes hot and sometimes cold with a tiny bit of coffee. I get an Americano nearly every time I come to Starbucks and get it the same way every time. This dothan store is the only one that can never get it right. Today, I said (politely) that this didn’t taste like it had any coffee and just tasted like peppermint water. The barista fired back with an attitude (and they’re busy, I get that) and said well that’s all an Americano is, coffee and water. I said okay, but I get this drink every time I come to Starbucks, and it tastes like lukewarm peppermint water. I don’t appreciate being told what my drink tastes like when I’m the one drinking it. It’s nearly ALWAYS wrong at this Starbucks. There was also 3-4 people working in there today on a busy day and no one seemed to be in charge.

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever ordered from in my life. I have placed multiple orders from them on doordash in every single time my coffee has either been made wrong or looks like crap and tastes like crap. Today I order a coffee I didn’t even get it in my doordash order because they were out and instead of them calling to let me know that they’re out of the coffee what I like to cancel my order they just send me the rest of the crap that I don’t even want I just wanted the coffee but I had to have a minimum order to get the free delivery. Thanks for nothing again for the umpteenth time thank you for absolutely nothing. Literally the worst damn coffee place I’ve ever been ordered from. I will never and I will repeat it again never ever order coffee or anything from this establishment ever again. You have completely lost my business and I will never be back how can you get every order I make wrong. Hire some people that actually know how to make coffee.

Loved the vibe in this Starbucks in Dothan, Alabama. Open and airy. This is a large store with plenty of seating. Even some tables to change your devices.
They greet you as soon as you walk in. They are quick with your order, and it was on point. So the 20-minute drive was cool.
Remember, Sundays little are open in the smaller cities.
