Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel crunch. The only thing I ever get from Starbucks. Waited in line over 10 minutes. There was 2 cars ahead of me. Got my drink and left. There was no crunch in the drink. They charged me for extra and I got none. Won’t be going back to this location

This has to be consistently the worst coffee shop ever. They’re always out of at least one item I ask for. Half the time they’re not friendly at all. Most of the time they don’t even say thank you after handing you the order which takes FOREVER. Just ick all around.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, and their failure to take names for orders led to significant confusion at the pickup counter. Because they were rushing, they failed to verify my order; consequently, two out of the three drinks I received were wrong.

This store is never open the hours always change due to staffing issues. They constantly lack employees and or closed, just like today at 3:00 pm. I wanted to get the holiday drink and per usual I can’t unless I want to drive an hour to the next location. Not worth my time. They can’t ever keep the place running. If it’s not that, they’re out of half of the items. This store has been like this for 3+ years and it’s mind blowing it’s still open. Please shut it down… it stays down more than it does open at this point. Go somewhere else if you’re looking for coffee.

Edit 1: my more frequent experiences here have started getting awful in costumer service. I walk in and I’m no longer greeted at all. I walk out and I no longer get farewells.
Please bring this to their attention and have them treat me like a normal costumer. I come in to get a lot of work done on my laptop, calendar and phone. I spend most of my day at this coffee place and they seem to have an issue with me for sitting like a normal, professional, hardworking adult getting work done.
I would still like to be greeted like they do with everybody else because I think it’s fair I should get treated the same. I’m human too.

I am no longer coming to this starbucks. The last time I went they didn’t have cups for hot coffee, so I purchased reusable ones because I kinda live on caffeine. This is a coffeehouse? Also often out of protein milk. But don’t get too excited. I was served protein milk in my cappuccino that was curdled today and had to throw my coffee out. The wait was 40 min. The staff got my order wrong and were a bit grumpy, which I understand but something is up with the management or staff here. That is insane of me. Never again. Village coffee is much better and less expensive.
