I don’t frequent this business because in my opinion they are extremely overpriced for their wares but I digress. I came to try the dragonfruit refresher and was expectedly underwhelmed. That said the staff was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable which made me comfortable to if I ever got another gift card that I would visit this location again

I live just 2-3 minutes away from this Starbucks and it would be my first time ordering from there so I decided to do a pickup order at the drive thru. Once I got there I noticed a couple of things. For one, no one greeted me when it was my turn at the window and when I said I was there to pickup they told me my order wasn’t even ready so I had to come inside (which I didn’t plan on) but it wasn’t an issue until I was standing there for about 8 minutes before someone noticed and assisted me. They didn’t even have the “berry trio parfait” I ordered. I was however given the option to receive something in exchange for it. It seems like they just need to hire more employees in my opinion. Honestly my overall experience I’d rate it a 5/10. They should have more items in stock and if not then the customer should be made aware of that ahead of time before ordering.

6/30/23 – at 7:38 I sat in drive-thru from 7:38–8:06 sat there 5 more minutes because my order wasn’t ready. This drive-thru has no speed it’s like you sitting in the inside product is good but the drive thru time is awful

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Crossplex village, this Starbucks is unique in many ways. There is a very large study for meeting room with its own coffee service inside. It is behind a large glass sliding doors and is a perfect place for a corporate meeting or just a large gathering with friends. This location also serves nitro cold brew!

The service is always good. Mon Mon hooked my green tea up. Perfect for this 100 degree weather in Alabama. Also this is my favorite quite lunch spot. Good when you need a mental break during the work day.
