The baristas here are attentive and courteous. Even when the line stretches toward the door, they move with purpose and keep things organized. Drinks are made correctly and presented well, from classic hot lattes to cold brew and seasonal specialties. Custom orders are handled without hesitation, which makes the experience smooth and stress-free.

I visited the Starbucks in Metroplex area, Birmingham Alabama. Very spacious store and spread out, there’s even a separate study room with a long table and plugs for students and you can even reserve the room for meetings. The staff is very friendly and courteous, the bathrooms are clean and fully stocked. There’s nothing I don’t like about this location loveseats but they’re large rectangle cushions. Who doesn’t love that?

Wonderful open Starbucks location with plenty of room and an enclosed area for commutes and private sitting. Staff were very polite and happy to serve customers.

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Crossplex village, this Starbucks is unique in many ways. There is a very large study for meeting room with its own coffee service inside. It is behind a large glass sliding doors and is a perfect place for a corporate meeting or just a large gathering with friends. This location also serves nitro cold brew!

I’m not sure if this is only a DoorDash issue with this location, or if it’s just this location, but they sent a half empty drink to me. I requested no ice and I’m not sure if that’s why this was an issue? But I’ve always gotten no ice and a full cup from other locations. Super disappointing
