I have always been a hug Starbucks fan but I have been to this Starbucks twice and both times I order a white Moca Frappuccino and a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino and I get two of the Vanilla Bean with no coffee and they the less expensive drink. Starbucks is expensive and I do not have time to go inside after waiting in the long drive through line. I don’t even drink the Vanilla Bean myself so the just got tossed. Super wast!!

New location, same stuck up atmosphere. We walked in, employees turned and looked at us and continued doing what they were doing, no one said a single word to us. Three minutes later an employee walked in and they all smiled and said, “Welcome to Starbucks! Welcome to work!” Stick with the local coffee place! At least you’ll be appreciated!

I was terribly disappointed. I am a huge Starbucks fan and genuinely love the brand, the service and the quality. I ordered a venti shaken espresso. I ordered light ice. The drink came out 2/3 full and mostly ice. I asked the batista about it, and she was rude and didn’t even try help.

Slow as Christmas with one car in the drive thru! They never give you what you paid for. When you complain all you hear is McKenzie is doing the best she can. We all work and get paid. I’m paying for a service. If McKenzie can’t run the drive thru after 3 min give her another position. I’m tired of trying to get my green tea and sitting in the drive thru with one or two cars for over 20 mins. This is crazy. I’ve been to Starbucks all over this country.
