Super friendly staff who get your order correct the first time. The atmosphere is very nice and friendly. Easy access with plenty of parking. They also have a drive-through if you choose to stay in your car.

I went through the drive thru this afternoon and it was extremely busy, which I expected and wasn’t an issue. But, I was in a rush to work so I couldn’t stop after I noticed that they did not put extra acai base in my drink when I payed for it and they also gave me a ham and swiss baguette instead of a croissant with no warning. I would’ve been more understanding about the food if they said something to me but since they didn’t I was extremely upset when I saw I didn’t get what I ordered. I was also upset that I paid extra to get more acai base in my drink to have the drink look and taste like it was made with mostly lemonade. I come to this location every single day and I’m normally not disappointed at all but this was just not a great experience.

I study here on a regular basis so I witness quite a bit here. Lindsey knows how to run her team and treat their customers. She has that manager personality and appears to compliment her staff very well. The crew works well together and it’s awesome to see they really enjoy their job. They deal with unpleasant customers on a regular basis…but handle them with ease. It’s a plus that the bathrooms and tables are always clean. Thanks to the staff for creating an environment that is enjoyable to study at.

Used the drive-thru here and it was very quick and efficient. The only issue that came up was that the payment method for phone app wasn’t working at the window so they had to scan my app inside. The drinks were great! Will stop here again.

I asked for light ice, and it even displayed the request on the ticket. My drink was filled to the brim with ice. I’m 63 and I have silver fillings and the ice hurts! Disappointed by this. Please as a humble and loyal customer try to be more accommodating.

I am a very routine individual and I am always pleasantly greeted by Debby at the drive thru. Staff here is incredibly friendly and sweet, I love to get my morning coffee here.

I feel like this is the coldest and most unpleasant feeling store in the area. Not because of service, but the atmosphere. It feels very dark, stark and cold with no art on the walls and extreme minimalist design.

This Starbucks is okay they have left the display case way too long and are currently hatching a series of flies inside their display case. Staff didn’t seem interested in changing or switching out the display case gross Bathrooms are also dirty and need attention. Staff was in a down period where it wasn’t so busy and they could do some cleaning and couldn’t care less

It doesnt deserve Any stars. Lately they are always taking 10+ minutes longer than their projected time. 30 mins for a coffee and a sandwich is insane. Not just that but they make the sandwich first so by the time you get your drink the food is ice cold. I missed an extremely important meeting today bc of how late they were. The workers move slow as molasses with priority to drive through while my mobile order I put in 20+ minutes ago goes unmade. All while the manager tells the workers “good job”. Now the manager is great with any issues you have. She really is a nice lady and cares when you speak with her. But they need to do better. When you’re charging almost $15 for a small sandwich that you microwave and a coffee you should get better service than this. I spend over $100 a week here. I shouldn’t constantly be eating ice cold food or being late. Not just that, but about 3-4 times in the last month my food or coffee was “missing” when I went there. Was told “oh someone must have stole it ha”, please do better.
