Pleasantly Surprised — Great Experience!
Stopped in at this Hollywood Blvd location and had a really solid visit. The service was fast and the staff was genuinely friendly — exactly what you want when you just need your order done right and done quickly. No long wait, no confusion, just efficient and courteous service from start to finish.
I will stop here again next time I’m in the area.

Arrived here with my son to get his homework done before his appointment. I walked up to the counter to order a coffee, there was no line. As I’m waiting patiently I see the employees working except for one employee who is literally standing behind the counter chatting with some other employee from another business.
At first it didn’t bother me. After waiting for at least 3-5 minutes I just decided I was going to see how long it takes for them to recognize they have a customer. The one employee is still chatting away. No hi, hello or any recognition at all.
Eventually another employee came to take my order and she was very nice and pleasant to deal with but seemed annoyed at the chatterbox employee. She is the sole reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Otherwise this was probably the worst experience at any starbucks I’ve ever had.
Usually you get greeted as soon as you walk in the door! I didn’t get greeted for almost 5 minutes while patiently waiting at the register trying to pay for a drink. If you don’t believe me review the cameras. I’m not hard to spot with a kipa and beard and a small child with a rocket ship backpack.

Today I came to this location starbucks in Hollywood blvd and I asked for a cup of water becauae I already have breakfast and coffee at home today ‘ so I need to take a pill but the person taking order said ” we have a policy that we can not give a cup of water without a purchase” so this is very interesting policy from corporate ! Looks clearly that customer satisfaccion is not in their minds ‘ even after I explain I have a app membership or whatever you want to call it ‘ I stop in their neighbors FIRST WATCH cross the street ‘ and they were glad to help me with a Cup of Water .. also they said you are welcome sir have a nice day.

This Starbucks could use a good cleaning. The baristas were not as friendly as I am accustomed to and they took a while to make out drinks. The taste of the drink we received was just standard.

So I’ve been going to this Starbucks for at least 5 years or more now. And everytime I see Taylor she’s always extremely rude, hostile, and snappy. I never argued with her, I was never mean. But she’s not friendly. She shouldn’t be working with the public. She makes you feel stupid. She’s always ready to fight and start something up. She talks in a snotty tone and she does it on purpose, anytime I ask politely for help or a question with the app (simple stuff) she’s very rude and makes you feel like you’re stupid.
I use to work for Starbucks and she doesn’t live up to the standards and expectations for Starbucks business and partnership. The motto is to treat your 1st customer and your very last customer the same, whether you made 5 cups or 500 cups of coffee, it could be your customers first interaction of the day. You have to treat them with kindness even if you don’t want to go above and beyond just simply listen to the customer and smile and tell them to enjoy their day/coffee. She’s never once been nice to me or polite and I really don’t know why. She should go back to training and re learn better her customer service skills. Extremely unprofessional and reflects bad on the store and management. I will be going to a different Starbucks and never again this one unless you get better management.
