Being Saturday July 8 at approximately 7:40 am I was at the Starbucks in Stirling and 95, I went to pick up an order that were 2 drinks, when I arrived at the place there are 3 people working, none of the 3 greeted me, They are serving another person, we were only 2 customers in the place, I see that they have finished serving this customer and they still do not serve me and I tell them, the girl I think is called Ann begins to serve me, she puts one of the drinks in the bag and starts to make a meal, in my order I do not have food, only drinks, she in a very good mood at all times dancing to the rhythm of the song they were playing, she is very happy, after a while she realizes that I am still there and that I was missing the drink, because my drink was always served so she did not pack it for me, since she was not concentrating on her work, and when the service was finished she gave me my bag and made a derogatory gesture with her hand How he had finished with me and that I was leaving, I felt despised and I think that both the people and the manager of that place should know this, very bad treatment that they gave me and delay in the service. I placed an order at 8.42am and it was ready by 843am..no way..the manager was rude when I asked why was my order sitting for a whole ten minutes as it indicated on the mobile app it would be ready in 5..they do not work that fast as i personalized my drink..they gave me someone else’s drink and did not apologize and I did not have the time to argue with them..first and last time Starbucks.. you deserve no stars

Would appreciate it if barristas could take two extra seconds to ensure the lid is secure on the cup before serving it to the customer. It is not that difficult. We ordered a hot latte. They didn’t put the lid on correctly. The lid popped off the top of the cup like it was spring loaded, with drink and foam going all over the uber and my boyfriend’s shorts while we were in transit to our cruise. It was not a good way to start our vacation.

Bathroom is filthy with no toilet paper and a clogged toilet. The space overall was dirty and disorganized. So sad that they aren’t maintaining brand standards. If this is what I witnessed, I can only imagine what other gross things are going on behind the scenes.
