This Starbucks is amazing. The employees there are very kind and have excellent customer service. I had no problem hitting that tip button. When I was handed my drink, I was told “have a great day Ms. Melissa” Wow! I’m sorry but you can’t find that hardly anywhere these days. Kudos to those employees and to whoever is managing them. Also my coffee was delicious ☺️

What we have here is your typical Starbucks , but on this particular day my brother-in-law and I decided to visit the local Christmas lights Show throughout the city. So we decided to get some hot Cocoa.. Very impressed with the young lady by the name of Paula at this particular location tickle a location she done an absolutely stellar job is stellar job making this Hot Cocoa. Very kind and sweet and very professional.. A highly recommended I’ll recommend this particular location.

I ordered online, went in to pick it up, drink was ready and looked great. This store does not keep straws, sweetner ect. on the shelf near the trashcans like most stores but no worries until …. I asked one the employees for Splenda. I ordered the 30 oz drink…she gave me one packet..I asked could I get a couple more . She rolled her eyes, made a humph sound and handed me one more pack. Didn’t get her name.. no name tag . Mind you the store had NO customers at the time. They were not busy… she acted completely offended by my request. Starbucks..do better when you hire people… they are the face of your company. Too bad no stars is not a option.

I don’t mind waiting for a good coffee. However, after a 20 minute wait in the drive thru, my order was wrong. When I stated that to the girl at the window she told me I’d have to get back in line (which was out into the road at this point). Will not visit this location again. Definitely not the standard of customer service I’m used to from this company.

I know the place is new and it’s starting to settle in but I’ve went to this Starbucks a lot frequently and I haven’t had a mistake with my Order but when I went their I ordered my usual coffee Grande White Hot Chocolate, and I got a frappe instead. I know the staff might be new but they really need to improve more.

This is a GREAT Starbucks! The seating is perfect, the bathrooms are very clean. Every other establishment around the Starbucks is trash— but if it’s just a coffee stop.. two thumbs up!
