I went through the drive through this morning and Cam was exceptional! So friendly and set my morning off on a great note. This location is usually super busy, but I always receive my coffee in a timely and friendly manner.

If “you are NOT the right color” was a word!! Waited at the window while both the trainer AND the trainee just acted as if they didn’t even see me. Continued taking orders until I finally said, ” hello, are you going to acknowledge I’m at the window at least?” She said, “Oh, okay yeah”. I just went inside, and of course, the cashier apologized, but this is ridiculous! This is why I don’t give my money to these places, and if others stop doing it, maybe they will change! Someone gave me a gift card, and I don’t even want it anymore. Smh!!

I stopped in today for a coffee and to lounge around while my husband was at a nearby dental office so I had some time to kill, the barista who took my order was so kind!. The coffee was delicious as usual but the baristas kindness, great attitude & remembering my name when I left the store whole hour later was what prompted me to leave a good review for this location!. The inside is super clean and nice and the staff are so friendly. It really made my day!!

I used to come to this location every day in the afternoon. I live 20 minutes away but this is the closest Starbucks, the next one being another 20 minutes further. My child has very serious food aversions and will only eat a specific menu item from Starbucks, so now that they close at 5, makes it near impossible to drive to the next one and get home at a reasonable time. I personally work until 6, and it seems like this Starbucks really isn’t catering to the working class, or they just don’t care. Very disappointed.

A little late, but I swung by here on 12/01/22 and had an amazing experience. It was warm, so I wanted my seasonal favorite, Sugar Cookie syrup, but in something cold. Andrew piped up in the drive-thru audio and designed a Sugar Cookie Frap. O M G! SO GOOD! I even went through a second time to praise how delicious it tasted.

I had the worst coffee I have ever had from Starbucks in my life, although service was pleasant, the main purpose for visiting this establishment was to have a good cup of coffee which I did not. ,I chose to get rid of the 95% of the coffee not consumed and departed the facility without making a fuss.

Kind of torn about this because I used to love this location. Now you will not get even close to a full cup of whatever size you order. The liquid is barely above the sleeve in my venti and I haven’t even had any yet. What a bummer.
