Went to get my matcha this morning paid 15.55 for two venti matcha when receiving my order I chucks of matcha powder all over which if you know this makes the drink taste horrible plus the cold foam was spilled on top of one of the drinks sometimes it’s made perfect sometimes it’s made wrong I told the lady if she could please fix it , this was a older lady with blonde hair btw she tells me this is how they are made , no they are not made like this she wasn’t trying to help at all she didn’t want to fix it at the window she told me to go to the door I pay a lot of money at Starbucks to be dealing with this BS not paying from this place again ! Would you like to waste money on a drink that’s made nasty I don’t think so !

I go to the Grovetown location on a regular basis and order one of the two drinks I usually get. Whenever I order the quad grande white mocha with whole milk it’s not made correctly. I barely taste any of the white mocha. When I go to the one on Washington rd by I-20 or the Robert C Daniel one I order the same drink and will noticeably still taste the white mocha. Also my drink never gets a sleeve for the hot drinks. The other hot drinks waiting to be picked-up will have one, but not mine for some reason. That was the case this morning. My white mocha drink barely had any flavor and had no sleeve, but the other hot drinks waiting had sleeves. So I went through the drive through and ordered the other drink I sometimes get, quad grande caramel macchiato. It also had no flavor to it, and she handed a hot drink to me without a sleeve again so I had to request one. Am I being singled out for some reason?

I go to all locations in the CSRA regularly but this one is my favorite the customer service never disappoints, the turnover rate is so low over the years it’s been the same Barista’s, Kate the manager makes you feel like this is your home. I love her whole team but Dwayne is my favorite such a sweetheart

The drive thru service was quick, friendly, and put a smile on my face during a long day of travel returning home.

I absolutely LOVE every single person who works here! They are chipper and personable and you wouldn’t know if any of them are having a rough day! This is my FAVORITE Starbucks in the CARE hands down!!!

I visited the Starbucks in Grovetown today and had the privilege of seeing Peyton in action. Baristas often have to deal with rude customers or complaints, but Peyton showed exactly why she’s such an asset to this store.
A woman asked if she knew a man who appeared to be homeless and was using the restroom. Instead of it turning into a complaint (the kind baristas deal with far too often), the woman handed Peyton $20 and asked her to use it for whatever he wanted.
When the man came out, Peyton gave him a coffee and passed along the gift. Watching her treat him with dignity and genuine kindness made it clear this wasn’t the first time she had taken the time to know him.
Starbucks is lucky to have Peyton. In a world where baristas get far too many complaints, seeing her lead with compassion was inspiring.

Stopped by to grab drinks and a breakfast snack with my daughters. Service is friendly the second you walk in. The store is clean and well maintained. They were out of the sandwich I wanted but subbed it for something that I ended up liking even more. My daughter dropped her drink as soon as we walked out to the outdoor seating area. The staff made her a replacement, no questions asked. Great atmosphere all around.

They have messed up my drink order 3 days in a row. I asked for light foam. My cup was 90% foam, I asked for light ice I get a cup full of ice, and I asked for almond milk and they add fat free, and I have a dairy problem. They lack an attention to detail and it’s really annoying especially with how much the drinks cost, and with my dietary restrictions.

9/7/23 3:19pm. Arrived to pick up my mobile order of 2 drinks. Wasn’t ready. Understandable, as they could be running behind. Then I started to observe. There are 5 customers waiting for their orders. I see 3 baristas. 2 making drinks (middle left of photo) and 1 just standing there talking to the other baristas (green shirt, middle in photo). The 2 that are making drinks are making them at a slower pace than what you’d normally see Starbucks baristas work at. As if they’re “taking their time”. One customer asks one of them “excuse me, when will the order for Vanessa be ready?” Seems like she’s been waiting for awhile. Barista says “Was it a mobile order?” She says, “No, it was in store.” Barista says “Oh, so in the cafe?” As if she didn’t understand what “in store” meant. Barista then says, “We’re behind so when your order is ready I’ll call your name” and continues to go back to working at the pace she’s working at. I understand if they were behind due to a morning rush or free cup day. But this was unacceptable and disappointing. The 3rd barista could’ve assisted by making drinks, and all three could’ve shown some urgency and actually attend to customers instead of mingling amongst each other. One barista made my first drink set it down and called my name. Second barista made my second drink and just placed it down on the counter and walked away. No acknowledgement or respect. I am sad to be leaving this review, as I normally don’t have issues at this location. Feedback has been sent to customer service. I hope this improves the store experience.

m. Most of the time they seem fairly busy, the drinks are put together fairly quick due to the demands of traffic. Today makes the third time I have ordered from them and they have made me an exploding coffee. I mean that the coffee is literally sitting on the counter looking a complete mess and if I pick it up, it will spill all over the place. I have been a starbucks customer for over 20 years, I want you to know that it seems like the baristas want you to stick to what makes life easy for them, stick with your easy lattes and drinks they can make in no time because Anything that needs to be actually made with more time will be anything they can put in a cup to get you out the door. Whoever is in charge here needs to ensure that the quality remains in each cup. I take it personal whenever my request for a coffee, given with my hard earned money is met with, take whatever we give you! So because this location is super busy I’m sure my one voice won’t matter but I have been more than graceful about errors made when getting my coffee made bad from this location, today was just inconvenient and I did not feel like grabbing a coffee that will make me have to change my clothes in attempting to drink it, Grovetown location needs to do better. I actually drove to wrightsboro rd. Asked the barista to please make my drink without making it about to explode and they did a wonderful job, I’m sure that coffee made at Grovetown is still sitting on the counter as they don’t care at all..
