Number One life saver!
We were so cold and thirsty around 8:00 pm. The cafe 7 is inside Rock City Gardens and you must buy ticket first to enter the gardens . Total cost for the family is around $120. We just want something hot to drink. And voila! Life saver Starbucks is right across the street! Clean and free restroom! Very cosy inside with a nice fireplace!

A nice little Starbucks across from Rock City – lots of merchandise available, with both Georgia and Tennessee mugs (minis available too). Great addition to my collection so very happy that they are well stocked!

This location is one of the roomier Starbucks I’ve been to. Sitting area is reminiscent of the local cosy coffee shop. A little alcove is perfect for study group and there’s a larger table great for collaborative workspace. Nice fireplace provides an intimate feel in the larger space. Overall it’s a well appointed space. Coffee order was on point.

I’m honestly very disappointed by my recent experience. My husband, baby, and I stopped in and spent about $25 on food and drinks. After purchasing, I simply asked for a cup of water and was told they were not able to provide water, but that I could purchase a bottled water instead.
I found this incredibly surprising and frankly unreasonable. As paying customers, and as locals on the mountain who try to support nearby businesses, being denied a basic cup of water felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Water is a simple courtesy that most establishments extend without hesitation, especially to customers who have already made a purchase.
It’s not about the cost, it’s about the principle and the customer experience. I hope management reconsiders this policy, as it left us feeling undervalued and unlikely to return.

The atmosphere was clean peacefully and there are lots of spots where you can feel completely alone. So it’s perfect. The service was amazing, the coffee was perfect for a walk around rock city

One of my favorite places to stop over the holidays for something warm and yummy before seeing all of the gorgeous holiday light’s and decorations. No way you can beat the view from here either. Lovely, enchanted, magical ✨️ and absolutely so beautiful
A must see if you find yourself in this area ❤️

The coffee here is just okay — nothing special, but it’s drinkable. What really stood out, though, was the lack of basic service. They don’t serve (sell) ice or even water in a cup — you have to bring your own cup if you want water. On top of that, the employees were pretty rude and didn’t seem interested in helping or even being polite. Overall, not a great experience. I probably wouldn’t come back.

Staff could be friendlier, no doubt. Strange they don’t allow you to get a cup of ice water… Even airport Starbucks offer this.
